ਪਟਿਆਲਾ,02 ਮਈ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਮਹਾਸਭਾ (ਰਜਿ.) ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦਾ ਰਸਮੀ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਲਾਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵਕਾਂ, ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਨਿਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ।ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡਾ. ਬੀ. ਆਰ. ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਨਿਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਮਾਜ ਤਦ ਹੀ ਬਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਹਰ ਵਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਾਬਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਮਿਲਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਆ ਸਕੇ।ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਬੀਮਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਧ ਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਓਹਨਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁਹੱਲਾ ਕਲੀਨਿਕਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੀ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਰਚਾ ਘਟਿਆ ਹੈ।ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ, ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮਹਾਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਅਮਰੀਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੰਗੜ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਾਹਨਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਸੱਚੇ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰਵਾਦੀ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ 18 ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰਵਾਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।ਪ੍ਰਗਰਾਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੌਮੀ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਚੀ ਰੀਨਾ ਗਾਵਸਕਰ ਵਾਲਮੀਕਿ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਿਰਮਲਜੀਤ, ਰੋਹਿਤ ਹੰਸ, ਸੁਖ ਰਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਪ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਪਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੋਸਾਂਝ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਚੌਹਾਨ, ਹਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਵਾਲੀਆ, ਭਗਤ ਰਾਜ ਤਿਸਾਵਰ, ਡਾ. ਬਲਰਾਜ ਬੇਦੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
पटियाला, 2 मई (हिमांशु हैरी): ऑल इंडिया अंबेडकर महासभा (रजिस्टर्ड) के सेंट्रल ऑफिस का पंजाब के हेल्थ और फैमिली वेलफेयर मिनिस्टर डॉ. बलबीर सिंह ने पटियाला के रंजीत नगर में फॉर्मल तौर पर उद्घाटन किया। इस फंक्शन में बड़ी संख्या में सोशल वर्कर, अधिकारी और लोकल लोग शामिल हुए। चीफ गेस्ट डॉ. बलबीर सिंह ने अपने भाषण में कहा कि डॉ. बी. आर. अंबेडकर के सपनों का समाज तभी बन सकता है जब हर वर्ग को बराबर मौके मिलें। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार एजुकेशन, हेल्थ और नौकरी के फील्ड में लगातार कदम उठा रही है ताकि आम लोगों की ज़िंदगी बेहतर हो सके। हेल्थ मिनिस्टर ने ज़ोर देकर कहा कि हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस स्कीम के तहत 10 लाख रुपये तक का इंश्योरेंस देकर सरकार ने गरीब और मिडिल क्लास लोगों को बड़ी राहत दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि मोहल्ला क्लीनिक के ज़रिए लोगों को उनके घरों के पास फ्री और अच्छी हेल्थ सर्विस मिल रही हैं, जिससे लोगों का खर्च कम हुआ है। डॉ. बलबीर सिंह ने यह भी कहा कि सरकार युवाओं के लिए नई नौकरियां बनाने, वर्कर्स की भलाई के लिए खास स्कीम लाने और महिलाओं को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बनाने के लिए कमिटेड है। इस मौके पर महासभा के नेशनल प्रेसिडेंट राकेश बहादुर ने भी अमरीक सिंह बांगर के परफॉर्मेंस की तारीफ की और कहा कि वे सच्चे अंबेडकरवादी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि संगठन देश के 18 राज्यों में एक्टिव है और सोशल अवेयरनेस फैलाने के साथ-साथ युवाओं को अंबेडकरवादी सोच से जोड़ रहा है। प्रोग्राम के दौरान नेशनल ट्रेजरर रीना गावस्कर वाल्मीकि, पंजाब प्रदेश प्रेसिडेंट निर्मलजीत, रोहित हंस, सुख राम और वाइस प्रेसिडेंट पलविंदर सिंह दोसांझ ने भी एड्रेस किया। इस मौके पर निर्मल चौहान, हरविंदर वालिया, भगत राज तिसावर, डॉ. बलराज बेदी और कई दूसरी जानी-मानी हस्तियां भी मौजूद थीं।
Patiala, May 2 (Himanshu Harry): The central office of All India Ambedkar Mahasabha (Regd.) was formally inaugurated by Punjab Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Balbir Singh in Ranjit Nagar, Patiala. A large number of social workers, officials and local residents attended the function. The chief guest Dr. Balbir Singh in his address said that the society of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s dreams can be created only when every section gets equal opportunities. He said that the Punjab government is continuously taking steps in the field of education, health and employment so that the lives of the common people can improve. The Health Minister emphasized that by providing insurance up to Rs. 10 lakh under the Health Insurance Scheme, the government has given great relief to the poor and middle class people. He said that people are getting free and quality health services near their homes through Mohalla clinics, which has reduced the expenses of the people. Dr. Balbir Singh also said that the government is committed to creating new jobs for the youth, bringing special schemes for the welfare of workers and economically empowering women. On this occasion, Mahasabha National President Rakesh Bahadur also appreciated the performance of Amrik Singh Bangar and said that he is a true Ambedkarite. He said that the organization is active in 18 states of the country and is spreading social awareness as well as connecting the youth with Ambedkarite thinking. During the program, National Treasurer Reena Gavaskar Valmiki, Punjab Pradesh President Nirmaljit, Rohit Hans, Sukh Ram and Vice President Palwinder Singh Dosanjh also addressed. On this occasion, Nirmal Chauhan, Harvinder Walia, Bhagat Raj Tisawar, Dr. Balraj Bedi and many other prominent personalities were also present.
