ਪਟਿਆਲਾ 28 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਡਾ. ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਸੰਭਾਵਿਤ ਮੀਂਹ ਤੇ ਝੱਖੜ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ‘ਚ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਬਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਰਸਾਤ ਤੇ ਝੱਖੜ ਤੋਂ ਜਿਣਸ ਦੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਲਈ ਤਰਪਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਪੁਖ਼ਤਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਤਰਪਾਲਾਂ ਫਟੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਮੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਉੱਥੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਖਰੀਦ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆੜਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਰੀਦ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਡਾ. ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਖ਼ਰੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ 2077 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ 100 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ‘ਚ 47 ਹਜਾਰ ਟਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ।ਖੁਰਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਪਲਾਈਜ ਅਤੇ ਖਰੀਦ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਬੈਠਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡਾ. ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਆਮਦ ਨੇ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਫੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਵੀ ਉਸੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਲਿਆਂਦੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 100 ਫ਼ੀਸਦੀ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਨਾਲੋ ਨਾਲ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ।ਡਾ. ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਤਕ ਕੁੱਲ 8 ਲੱਖ 35 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ 183 ਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਕੁਲ ਆਮਦ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 830951 ਮੀਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਟਨ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।
पटियाला 28 अप्रैल (हिमांशु हैरी): पटियाला के डिप्टी कमिश्नर डॉ. हिमांशु अग्रवाल ने बारिश और तेज़ हवाओं के आने की उम्मीद को देखते हुए जिले की मंडियों में गेहूं स्टोरेज के इंतज़ाम का रिव्यू किया। उन्होंने कहा कि बारिश और तेज़ हवाओं से माल को बचाने के लिए तिरपाल का इंतज़ाम किया गया है, लेकिन इसके बावजूद जहां भी तिरपाल फटे हैं और कोई कमी दिख रही है, वहां खरीद एजेंसियों और आढ़तियों को तुरंत ज़रूरी कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मंडियों में किसानों को कोई दिक्कत नहीं आने दी जाएगी। आज यहां मंडियों में गेहूं खरीद के इंतज़ाम का रिव्यू करते हुए डॉ. हिमांशु अग्रवाल ने कहा कि पटियाला जिले के किसानों को उनकी मंडियों से खरीदे गए गेहूं का 2077 करोड़ रुपये का 100 परसेंट पेमेंट कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले की मंडियों से एक ही दिन में 47 हज़ार टन से ज़्यादा गेहूं की रिकॉर्ड लिफ्टिंग हुई है। फूड एंड सिविल सप्लाई और खरीद एजेंसियों के अधिकारियों के साथ मीटिंग के बाद डॉ. हिमांशु अग्रवाल ने कहा कि जिले की मंडियों में गेहूं की आवक ने तेजी पकड़ ली है और मंडियों में गेहूं की खरीद भी उसी तरह से हो रही है, जबकि लिफ्टिंग में भी तेजी आई है। उन्होंने कहा कि गेहूं की खरीद के साथ ही किसानों के अकाउंट में पेमेंट जमा किया जा रहा है और अब तक 100 परसेंट पेमेंट एक साथ सुनिश्चित किया गया है। डॉ. हिमांशु अग्रवाल ने कहा कि अब तक मंडियों में कुल 8 लाख 35 हजार 183 मीट्रिक टन गेहूं आ चुका है, जिसमें से 830951 मीट्रिक टन गेहूं की खरीद हो चुकी है।

He said that farmers will not be allowed to face any problem in the mandis. While reviewing the arrangements for wheat procurement in the mandis here today, Dr. Himanshu Agarwal said that 100 percent payment of Rs 2077 crore has been made to the farmers of Patiala district for the wheat procured from their mandis. He said that a record lifting of more than 47 thousand tonnes of wheat has been done in a single day from the mandis of the district. After a meeting with the officials of Food and Civil Supplies and procurement agencies, Dr. Himanshu Agarwal said that the arrival of wheat in the mandis of the district has picked up speed and wheat procurement in the mandis is also being done in the same manner while lifting has also been accelerated. He said that along with the procurement of wheat, the payment is being deposited in the accounts of the farmers and so far 100 percent payment has been ensured simultaneously. Dr. Himanshu Agarwal said that a total of 8 lakh 35 thousand 183 metric tonnes of wheat has arrived in the mandis so far, out of which 830951 metric tonnes of wheat has been procured.
