ਪਟਿਆਲਾ/ਘਨੌਰ, 21ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਖਡੂਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਐੱਨ.ਐੱਸ.ਏ. ਦੇ ਵੀ ਆਸਾਮ ਦੀ ਡਿਬਰੂਗੜ੍ਹ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਾ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ‘ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ’ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹਲਕਾ ਘਨੌਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਗੂ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੇ “NSA ਖਤਮ, ਪਰ ਕੈਦ ਜਾਰੀ!” ਕਿਉਂ ?? ਇਹ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਕ ਮਰਯਾਦਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਹੈ।ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਐੱਨ.ਐੱਸ.ਏ. ਅਧੀਨ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ‘ਚ ਰਹੇ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਐੱਨ.ਐੱਸ.ਏ. ਦੇ ਵੀ ਉਸੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਸ਼ਾ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਦਰਜ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੀ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਲਾਉਂਦਿਆ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਸਭ ਲਈ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਨਾ ਕਿ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ “ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨਾਲ ਖਿਲਵਾਡ਼ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ” ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖ਼ਾਲਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਨਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਰਹੇ।
पटियाला/घनौर, 21 अप्रैल (हिमांशु हैरी): खडूर साहिब से MP भाई अमृतपाल सिंह खालसा को बिना NSA के भी असम की डिब्रूगढ़ जेल में रखने के मुद्दे पर पॉलिटिकल माहौल गरमा गया है। घनौर विधानसभा क्षेत्र से अकाली दल ‘वारिस पंजाब दे’ के नेता निशान सिंह सिद्धू ने इस फैसले को निंदनीय बताते हुए कहा कि भाई अमृतपाल सिंह को “NSA खत्म कर दिया गया है, लेकिन कैद जारी है!” क्यों?? यह कानूनी और संवैधानिक नियमों का उल्लंघन है। निशान सिंह ने कहा कि पिछले तीन साल से NSA के तहत हिरासत में रहे भाई अमृतपाल सिंह को अब बिना NSA के भी उसी जेल में रखा जा रहा है, जो सरकार की नीयत पर सवाल उठाता है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि यह कदम इसलिए उठाया गया है ताकि उनके खिलाफ दर्ज मामलों की कार्रवाई पंजाब के बजाय पंजाब के बाहर हो सके। उन्होंने केंद्र और पंजाब सरकारों पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि अगर आम लोगों के लिए कानून का पालन करना ज़रूरी है, तो सरकारों को भी संविधान के हिसाब से काम करना चाहिए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि कानून सबके लिए एक जैसा होना चाहिए, न कि अलग-अलग क्राइटेरिया पर आधारित होना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि “कानून के साथ खिलवाड़ बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा”। निशान सिंह ने मांग की कि भाई अमृतपाल सिंह खालसा को तुरंत पंजाब लाया जाए और उनके मामलों की सुनवाई कानून के मुताबिक यहीं हो, ताकि न्यायिक प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी और निष्पक्ष बनी रहे।
Patiala/Ghanour, April 21 (Himanshu Harry): The political heat has risen over the issue of keeping Bhai Amritpal Singh Khalsa, MP from Khadoor Sahib, in Dibrugarh Jail in Assam even without NSA. Nishan Singh Sidhu, leader of Akali Dal ‘Waris Punjab De’ from Ghanaur constituency, terming this decision condemnable, said that Bhai Amritpal Singh has been given “NSA ended, but imprisonment continues!” Why?? This is a violation of legal and constitutional norms. Nishan Singh said that for the last three years, Bhai Amritpal Singh, who has been in custody under NSA, is now being kept in the same jail even without NSA, which raises questions about the government’s intention. He alleged that this step has been taken so that the cases registered against him can be processed outside Punjab instead of in Punjab. He targeted the Central and Punjab governments and said that if compliance with the law is mandatory for the common people, then the governments should also work according to the Constitution. He also said that the law should be the same for everyone, not based on different criteria. He said that “playing with the law will not be tolerated”. Nishan Singh demanded that Bhai Amritpal Singh Khalsa be brought to Punjab immediately and his cases should be heard here as per the law, so that the judicial process remains transparent and fair.
