ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,17 ਜੂਨ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਹਲਕਾ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਅੱਜ ਜੋ ਹਾਲਤ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਰਾ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਭਲੀ-ਭਾਂਤੀ ਜਾਣੂ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਧੜੱਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਸੜਕਾਂ ਟੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਤੇ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹਨ। ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਸਮਾਜ ਸੇਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜਨ-ਸੰਪਰਕ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ “ਪਿੰਡ-ਪਿੰਡ ਜੱਗਾ” ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਸੰਵਾਦ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਵੀ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਫੋਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਨੇਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਉਠਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬਣਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਅੱਜ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਵਧਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕੋਪ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਸਾਨ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਢਲੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਠੱਪ ਪਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ “ਪਿੰਡ-ਪਿੰਡ ਜੱਗਾ” ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਯਤਨ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਕ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
राजपुरा, 17 जून (हिमांशु हैरी): राजपुरा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के गांवों की मौजूदा हालत से पूरा इलाका अच्छी तरह वाकिफ है। गांवों में ड्रग्स की तस्करी जोरों पर है, पीने के साफ पानी की गंभीर समस्या है, सड़कें टूटी हुई हैं और किसान बिजली और सिंचाई के पानी को लेकर लगातार परेशान रहते हैं। दुख की बात यह है कि सरकार और स्थानीय MLA को राजपुरा के गांवों और किसानों की समस्याओं की कोई चिंता नहीं है। इन मुद्दों को ध्यान में रखते हुए समाजसेवी और BJP नेता जगदीश कुमार जग्गा ने एक खास जनसंपर्क अभियान “पिंड-पिंड जग्गा” शुरू करने का फैसला किया है। इस अभियान के तहत जगदीश कुमार जग्गा राजपुरा के हर गांव में पहुंचकर लोगों से सीधे बातचीत करेंगे, उनकी समस्याएं सुनेंगे और गांवों के विकास के लिए उनके सुझाव भी लेंगे। जग्गा ने कहा कि उन्हें लगातार अलग-अलग गांवों से लोगों के फोन और मैसेज आ रहे हैं। गांवों के लोग उनसे अपील कर रहे हैं कि जैसे वे शहर के मुद्दों को मजबूती से उठाते हैं और लोगों की आवाज बनते हैं, वैसे ही गांवों की समस्याओं को भी प्रमुखता से उठाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि राजपुरा के गांव आज बुनियादी सुविधाओं के लिए जूझ रहे हैं। नशे की लत के बढ़ते प्रकोप से युवाओं का भविष्य बर्बाद हो रहा है, किसान अपनी बुनियादी ज़रूरतों को लेकर परेशान हैं और गांवों का विकास रुका हुआ है। ऐसे समय में लोगों की आवाज़ सुनना और उसे प्रशासन और सरकार तक पहुंचाना बहुत ज़रूरी है। इस दौरान जगदीश कुमार जग्गा ने कहा कि “गांव-गांव जग्गा” सिर्फ़ एक कैंपेन नहीं है, बल्कि गांवों की आवाज़ को मज़बूत करने की एक कोशिश है। इस कैंपेन के ज़रिए हर गांव की समस्याओं को पहचाना जाएगा और उन्हें हल करने के लिए संघर्ष किया जाएगा और राजपुरा के गांवों को उनका हक़ दिलाने के लिए संघर्ष किया जाएगा।
