राजपुरा में गुटका साहिब की बेअदबी का मामला सामने आया, पुलिस ने केस दर्ज कर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,24 ਫਰਵਰੀ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਲੱਕੀ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਗੰਜ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਖੜਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੇਲ ਗੱਡੀ ਫੜਨ ਲਈ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਕੰਬਲ ਦੀ ਬੁੱਕਲ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਖੜਾ ਸੀ।ਕੰਬਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਿਆ। ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਗ ਪਾੜ ਕੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਜੇਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਵੀਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸਿਟੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕੀਤਾ।ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਰਚ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਬਾਬਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋਂ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਐਸ.ਐਚ.ਓ ਸਿਟੀ ਗੁਰਸੇਵਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਲੱਕੀ ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੱਸਣ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਤੌਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਵਗੈਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ 295 ਏ ਤਹਿਤ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਸੀ।
राजपुरा, 24 फरवरी (हिमांशु हैरी): राजपुरा रेलवे स्टेशन के बाहर गुरबानी के गुटका साहिब की बेअदबी का मामला सामने आया है। पुलिस ने सिख संगठनों की शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपी लकी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, आज सुबह जब महेंद्रगंज का एक व्यक्ति अपनी मोटरसाइकिल पार्किंग में खड़ी करके ट्रेन पकड़ने के लिए स्टेशन जा रहा था, तो उसने स्टेशन के बाहर दुकानों के सामने एक व्यक्ति को कमर में कंबल लपेटे खड़ा देखा। कंबल वाले व्यक्ति से गुटका साहिब गिर गया। शक के आधार पर जब दूसरे सिख श्रद्धालुओं के साथ उक्त व्यक्ति की तलाशी ली गई, तो उसके पास से गुटका साहिब बरामद हुआ, जिसके कुछ हिस्से उसने फाड़कर अपनी जेब में डाल लिए थे। उक्त व्यक्ति ने तुरंत सेंट्रल गुरुद्वारा श्री गुरु नवीन सिंह सभा के प्रबंधकों से संपर्क किया, जिन्होंने तुरंत सिटी पुलिस को सूचित किया और उक्त व्यक्ति को पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया। पुलिस ने उस व्यक्ति को हिरासत में लेकर उसके पास से गुटका साहिब बरामद कर मिर्च मंडी के गुरुद्वारा शहीद बाबा जीवन सिंह जी के प्रबंधकों को सौंप दिया। पता चला है कि उक्त व्यक्ति यह गुटका साहिब गुरुद्वारा बाबा जीवन सिंह से लाया था। इस बारे में संपर्क करने पर SHO सिटी गुरसेवक सिंह सिद्धू ने कहा कि लकी नाम का उक्त व्यक्ति मानसिक रूप से बीमार है और उसके परिवार वालों के अनुसार, वह पहले एक गुरुद्वारा साहिब में ग्रंथी की ड्यूटी करता था। लेकिन अब वह नशा करने की वजह से मानसिक रूप से बीमार हो गया है। पुलिस ने उसे हिरासत में लेकर उसके खिलाफ 295A के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है और यह पता लगाने के लिए जांच शुरू कर दी है कि वह यह गुटका साहिब कहां से, क्यों और किस मकसद से लाया था।

The police have registered a case against the accused Lucky on the basis of a complaint from Sikh organizations and started investigation. According to the information received, this morning, when a person from Mahendraganj was going to the station to catch a train after parking his motorcycle in the parking lot, he saw a person standing in front of the shops outside the station with a blanket wrapped around his waist. The Gutka Sahib fell from the person with the blanket. When the said person was searched along with other Sikh devotees on the basis of suspicion, the Gutka Sahib was recovered from him, the parts of which he had torn off and put in his pocket. The said person immediately contacted the administrators of the Central Gurdwara Sri Guru Naveen Singh Sabha, who immediately informed the city police and handed over the said person to the police. The police took the person into custody and recovered the gutka sahib from him and handed it over to the administrators of Gurdwara Shaheed Baba Jiwan Singh Ji of Mirch Mandi. It has been learned that the said person had brought this gutka sahib from Gurdwara Baba Jiwan Singh. When contacted in this regard, SHO City Gursewak Singh Sidhu said that the said person named Lucky is mentally ill and according to his family members, he used to do the duty as a granthi in a Gurdwara Sahib earlier. But now he has become mentally ill due to drug abuse. The police have taken him into custody and registered a case against him under 295 A and started an investigation to find out from where, why and for what purpose he had brought this gutka sahib.
