ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,14 ਜੁਲਾਈ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਲੁੱਟ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ” ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਉੱਘੇ ਆਗੂ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਦੀਪਕ ਸੂਦ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਬਿੱਲ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸੂਦ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਹਿਤੈਸ਼ੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ, ਉੱਥੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਲੁੱਟ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਬਿੱਲ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਹੁਣ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਖਰਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਲੁੱਟ ਨੂੰ ਠੱਲ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਅਹਿਮ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਰਸਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿੱਲ ਨਾ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਾਰਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਆਪ ਹੁਦਰੇਪਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਨਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਵੀ ਰੋਕ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕ ਹਿਤੈਸ਼ੀ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਮੁੜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੇਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਸਬੂਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਜਿਤਾ ਕੇ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
