ਪਟਿਆਲਾ/ਘਨੌਰ,12 ਜੂਨ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਭਲਾਈ, ਪਸ਼ੂ ਪਾਲਣ, ਡੇਅਰੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਛੀ ਪਾਲਣ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੁੱਡੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਘਨੌਰ ਨੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀ ਘਨੌਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ 227 ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 86 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ ਦੀ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ । ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਚੈੱਕ ਸੌਂਪੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਕਮ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਓਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਡੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਹਰਚੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਸਟ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਜਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੰਨੂ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਇੰਦਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਆਲੂ ਵੀ ਮੋਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਘਨੌਰ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਵੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਲਗਭਗ ਦੋ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਇਹ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ, ਆੜ੍ਹਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੁਡੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲੋਕ-ਹਿਤੈਸ਼ੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਵਰਗ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਖੇਡ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਦਕਿ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ 10 ਲੱਖ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੁੱਡੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਖ਼ਾਸ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਫੰਡਜ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਹੋਰ ਸੁਗਮ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਘਨੌਰ ਨੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਸਰਵਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਢਲੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ 227 ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 86 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਰਾਂਸਫਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਨੇ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੜਕਾਂ, ਜਨਤਕ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਫੰਡ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਤੱਕ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕਣ।ਓਹਨਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਖਰਾ ਉਤਰਦਿਆਂ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਜਨ-ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਕੰਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਚੰਨਣ ਸਿੰਘ ਜਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸ਼ੰਭੂ ਕਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਜਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਲੋਹ ਸਿੰਬਲ , ਲਖਵੀਰ ਰਾਮ ਜਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੇਹਰਾ, ਸਹਿਜਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਲਾਡਾ ਜਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਨਹੇੜਾ ਸੰਮਤੀ ਮੈਬਰ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ, ਹਰਮੇਲ, ਸਿੰਘ ਕਮਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ,ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ, ਨਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾਲਾ, ਗੁਰਧਿਆਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੰਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਮੰਗਤ ਰਾਮ ਅਜਰੌਰ, ਸਰਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਪੜ, ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੰਗੂ ਮੰਡੋਲੀ, ਇਕਬਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੁੜਕੀ ਮੋਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
पटियाला/घनौर, 12 जून (हिमांशु हैरी): पंजाब सरकार की तरफ से किसानों की भलाई और खेती-बाड़ी के विकास के लिए की जा रही कोशिशों के तहत, पंजाब के खेती-बाड़ी और किसान भलाई, पशुपालन, डेयरी विकास और मछली पालन मंत्री श्री गुरमीत सिंह खुड्डियां और MLA श्री गुरलाल घनौर ने अनाज मंडी घनौर में एक खास कार्यक्रम के दौरान 227 किसान परिवारों को मुआवजे के तौर पर करीब 86 लाख रुपये की आखिरी किस्त दी। इस कार्यक्रम के दौरान, लाभार्थियों को मुआवजे के चेक दिए गए और उनके खातों में रकम ट्रांसफर करने का प्रोसेस भी शुरू किया गया। उनके साथ पंजाब मंडी बोर्ड के चेयरमैन हरचंद सिंह बर्स्ट, मार्केट कमेटी के चेयरमैन जरनैल सिंह मन्नू और चेयरमैन इंदरजीत सिंह सियालू भी मौजूद थे। इस मौके पर मार्केट कमेटी घनौर की नई बिल्डिंग बनाने का नींव पत्थर भी रखा गया। करीब दो करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनने वाली यह बिल्डिंग किसानों, आढ़तियों और दूसरे संबंधित पक्षों को बेहतर सुविधाएं देने में मददगार साबित होगी। इसके अलावा इलाके के विकास से जुड़े दूसरे कामों का भी उद्घाटन किया गया। इस मौके पर मंत्री गुरमीत सिंह खुड्डियां ने कहा कि मौजूदा सरकार लोगों के हक की नीतियों को प्राथमिकता दे रही है और हर वर्ग की भलाई के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में खेलों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए खेल मुकाबले करवाए जा रहे हैं, वहीं हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस स्कीम के तहत 10 लाख रुपये तक की हेल्थ सुविधाएं दी जा रही हैं। इसके अलावा घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं के लिए मुफ्त बिजली जैसी स्कीमों से भी लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिल रही है। समारोह के दौरान हलके के विकास कामों का जिक्र करते हुए मंत्री गुरमीत सिंह खुड्डियां ने कहा कि इलाके में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को मजबूत करने के लिए अलग-अलग प्रोजेक्ट पर काम किया जा रहा है। खासकर सड़कों के सुधार और नई सड़कें बनाने के लिए फंड जारी किए गए हैं, जिससे गांवों और शहरी इलाकों में ट्रांसपोर्टेशन और आसान हो जाएगा। इस मौके पर MLA गुरलाल घनौर ने आभार जताते हुए कहा कि हलके के हर तरफ विकास के लिए लगातार कोशिशें की जा रही हैं और लोगों की बुनियादी जरूरतों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूरा किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि 227 किसान परिवारों को मुआवजे के तौर पर करीब 86 लाख रुपये की आखिरी किस्त उनके अकाउंट में ट्रांसफर की जा रही है, जिससे प्रभावित परिवारों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार किसानों की भलाई और उनकी आर्थिक मजबूती के लिए पूरी तरह से कमिटेड है। इस दौरान, MLA ने हलके में चल रहे विकास कामों का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि सड़कों, पब्लिक सुविधाओं और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को बेहतर बनाने पर खास ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। उन्होंने साफ-सुथरी और मजबूत सड़कों के निर्माण के लिए जरूरी फंड देने के लिए पंजाब सरकार का धन्यवाद किया। उन्होंने कहा कि विकास कामों की रफ्तार और तेज की जाएगी ताकि हलके के हर गांव और शहरी इलाके तक बेहतर सुविधाएं पहुंच सकें। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि लोगों की उम्मीदों के मुताबिक, हलके के विकास और पब्लिक की भलाई के लिए भविष्य में भी इसी तरह लगातार काम जारी रहेंगे। इस मौके पर चन्नन सिंह जिला परिषद सदस्य शंभू कल्हण, कप्तान सिंह जिला परिषद सदस्य लोह सिम्बल, लखवीर राम जिला परिषद सदस्य सेहरा, सहजपाल सिंह लाडा जिला परिषद सदस्य नन्हेरा समिति सदस्य गोबिंद सिंह, हरमेल, सिंह कमलजीत सिंह, सुरिंदर सिंह, हरदीप सिंह, परविंदर सिंह, सतनाम सिंह, नरदेव सिंह, जरनैल सिंह सरला, गुरध्यान सिंह, संजीव कुमार, मंगत राम अजरौर, सरवन सिंह छप्पर, निर्मल सिंह, संदीप सिंह भंगू मंडोली, इकबाल सिंह रुड़की मौजूद थे।
Patiala/Ghanaur, June 12 (Himanshu Harry): As part of the efforts being made by the Punjab government for the welfare of farmers and the development of the agricultural sector, Punjab Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries Minister Mr. Gurmit Singh Khudian and MLA Mr. Gurlal Ghanaur provided the last installment of financial assistance of about Rs. 86 lakh as compensation to 227 beneficiary families of farmers during a special function at Grain Market Ghanaur. During this function, compensation cheques were handed over to the beneficiaries and the process of transferring the amount to their accounts was also started. Chairman Punjab Mandi Board Harchand Singh Burst, Chairman Market Committee Jarnail Singh Mannu and Chairman Inderjit Singh Sialu were also present with them. On this occasion, the foundation stone for the construction of the new building of Market Committee Ghanaur was also laid. This building, which will be built at a cost of about Rs. two crore, will prove to be helpful in providing better facilities to farmers, arhtiyas and other concerned parties. Apart from this, other works related to the development of the area were also inaugurated. On this occasion, Minister Gurmeet Singh Khudian said that the present government is giving priority to pro-people policies and is continuously working for the welfare of every section. He said that sports competitions are being organized to promote sports in the state, while health facilities worth Rs 10 lakh are being provided under the health insurance scheme. Apart from this, schemes like free electricity for domestic consumers are also giving great relief to the people. Mentioning the development works of the constituency during the function, Minister Gurmeet Singh Khudian said that work is being done on various projects to strengthen the infrastructure in the area. Especially, funds have been released for the improvement of roads and construction of new roads, which will make the transportation of villages and urban areas more smooth. On this occasion, MLA Gurlal Ghanaur expressed his gratitude and said that continuous efforts are being made for the all-round development of the constituency and the basic needs of the people are being fulfilled on priority basis. He said that the last installment of about Rs 86 lakh as compensation to 227 families of farmers is being transferred to their accounts, which will provide great relief to the affected families. He said that the government is fully committed to the welfare of farmers and their economic strength. Meanwhile, the MLA, mentioning the ongoing development works in the constituency, said that special attention is being paid to the improvement of roads, public facilities and infrastructure. He thanked the Punjab government for providing the necessary funds for the construction of clean and strong roads. He said that the pace of development works will be further accelerated so that better facilities can reach every village and urban area of the constituency. He assured that in line with the expectations of the people, similar continuous work will be continued in the future for the development and public welfare of the constituency.
