राजपुरा-बनूर रोड पर स्थित श्री रघुनाथ मंदिर की जमीन का विवाद फिर से भड़क गया है, दान में मिली जमीन पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश की जा रही है, कोर्ट से स्टे के बावजूद परेशान किया जा रहा है।

ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,09 ਜੂਨ 2026 ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ: ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ-ਬਨੂੜ ਰੋਡ ’ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਰਘੂਨਾਥ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲੀ ਇਸ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ’ਤੇ ਮੁੜ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਸੁਸ਼ੀਲ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ’ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਖਰੀਦਦਾਰ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਹੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਟੇਅ ਆਰਡਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਖਰੀਦਦਾਰ ਧਿਰ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਯਾਦਵ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਬਨੂੜ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੂਜੀ ਧਿਰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ’ਤੇ ਦਖਲ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। “ਅਸੀਂ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਣਗੇ,” ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ।15 ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ, ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ 2009 ਤੋਂ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। “ਤਿੰਨ-ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਆਏ ਸਨ। ਸਿਕਿਉਰਟੀ ਗਾਰਡ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਕੇ ਆਈਡੀ ਕਾਰਡ ਮੰਗਿਆ। ਮੰਦਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਕਦੇ ਆਈਡੀ ਚੈੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ,” ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਕਈ ਕਾਲਜ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਐਸਐਚਓ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਫੋਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੈ। ਮੰਦਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ਾਤ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਪੁਜ਼ੀਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਟੇਅ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਮਨ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
राजपुरा, 09 जून 2026 हिमांशु हैरी: राजपुरा-बनूर रोड पर मौजूद मशहूर श्री रघुनाथ मंदिर की ज़मीन का मामला एक बार फिर चर्चा में है। दान में मिली इस ज़मीन पर दोबारा कब्ज़ा करने की कोशिश के बाद मामला माननीय कोर्ट पहुंच गया है। इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए एडवोकेट सुशील यादव ने बताया कि दान में मिली ज़मीन पर किसी भी खरीदार का कोई कानूनी हक नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि माननीय कोर्ट से स्टे ऑर्डर जारी होने के बावजूद खरीदार पार्टी मंदिर मैनेजमेंट को परेशान कर रही है। एडवोकेट यादव के मुताबिक, इस बारे में DSP बनूर को भी शिकायत दी गई है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि दूसरी पार्टी कोर्ट के आदेशों का उल्लंघन करते हुए ज़मीन पर दखल देने की कोशिश कर रही है। यादव ने कहा, “हम DSP साहब से मिले हैं। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया है कि वह पक्का करेंगे कि कोर्ट के आदेशों का पालन हो और हमारा पूरा साथ देंगे।” 15 साल पुरानी गौशाला, भक्तों को भी रोका गया एडवोकेट ने बताया कि मंदिर कॉम्प्लेक्स में 2009 से गौशाला चल रही है। लेकिन पिछले कुछ दिनों से भक्तों को भी मंदिर में जाने से रोका जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा, “तीन-चार दिन पहले, कुछ भक्त मंदिर आए थे। सिक्योरिटी गार्ड ने उन्हें रोका और उनके ID कार्ड मांगे। मंदिर में दर्शन के लिए कभी ID चेक नहीं होते।” उन्होंने आगे कहा कि मंदिर के आस-पास कई कॉलेज हैं और बड़ी संख्या में छात्र यहां दर्शन के लिए आते हैं। इस घटना के बाद SHO को भी फोन पर जानकारी दी गई और पुलिस ने मौके का दौरा भी किया। फिलहाल, मामला कोर्ट में पेंडिंग है। मंदिर मैनेजमेंट ने कहा है कि वे डॉक्यूमेंट्स की जांच करेंगे और आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई करेंगे। उनका कहना है कि मौजूदा स्थिति के आधार पर कोर्ट ने स्टे दिया है, जिसका पालन किया जाना चाहिए। पुलिस एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन ने कहा है कि कोर्ट के आदेशों का पालन पक्का किया जाएगा और कोई भी लॉ एंड ऑर्डर की स्थिति पैदा नहीं होने दी जाएगी।

But for the last few days, devotees are also being stopped from entering the temple. “Three-four days ago, some devotees had come to the temple. The security guard stopped them and asked for their ID cards. ID checks are never done for darshan in the temple,” he said. He further said that there are many colleges around the temple and a large number of students come here for darshan. The temple management has said that they will examine the documents and take further legal action.
