ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ/ਬਨੂੜ,25 ਮਈ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਬਨੂੜ-ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ‘ਤੇ ਰਾਮਨਗਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਇੱਕ ਬੰਦ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਘੂਨਾਥ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਤਣਾਅਪੂਰਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਦੋ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਕਰਾ ਗਈਆਂ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਛੇੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੰਦਰ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਨੇ ਬਨੂੜ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਟਰੱਸਟ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਸੁਸ਼ੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗਲਤ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕੀ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਗਾੜਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰਡਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬਾਊਂਸਰ ਵੀ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਆਸਥਾ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਇਸ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਜਮੀਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੰਦਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ 14 15 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਇੱਥੇ ਨਤਮਸਤਕ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਟਰੱਸਟ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਟੇਅ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਲੇਕਿਨ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਧਿਰ ਵੱਲੋ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਉਂਸਰ ਭੇਜ ਕੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਧਮਕਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਨੂੜ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਏ.ਐਸ.ਆਈ ਹਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਢੁਕਵੀਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
राजपुरा/बनूर, 25 मई (हिमांशु हैरी): बनूर-राजपुरा हाईवे पर रामनगर गांव के पास एक बंद कॉलेज के पास बने श्री रघुनाथ मंदिर और गौशाला में उस समय माहौल तनावपूर्ण हो गया, जब जमीन पर कब्जे को लेकर दो पक्षों में झड़प हो गई। इस घटना से इलाके में काफी चर्चा है। इस मंदिर की जमीन का विवाद काफी समय से चल रहा है। इस बारे में जब मंदिर ट्रस्ट ने बनूर थाने में शिकायत दी, तो इस दौरान ट्रस्ट के वकील सुशील कुमार ने पत्रकारों से कहा कि कुछ लोग जानबूझकर मंदिर का माहौल खराब करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मंदिर के अंदर भक्तों को डराने के लिए बाउंसर भी भेजे जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मंदिर और गौशाला से लोगों की धार्मिक आस्था जुड़ी हुई है, लेकिन कुछ लोग इस मंदिर की जमीन पर कब्जा करना चाहते हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि यह मंदिर पिछले 14-15 सालों से बना हुआ है और यहां हर दिन बड़ी संख्या में भक्त माथा टेकने आते हैं। ट्रस्ट के वकील के मुताबिक, इस मामले को लेकर कोर्ट से स्टे मिल चुका है और कानूनी कार्रवाई चल रही है। लेकिन इसके बावजूद दूसरी पार्टी मंदिर के अंदर बाउंसर भेजकर वहां के लोगों को डराने की धमकी दे रही है। इस बीच, बनूड़ पुलिस स्टेशन के ऑफिसर ASI हरदेव सिंह ने कहा कि मंदिर और जमीन से जुड़ा यह मामला पुलिस तक पहुंच गया है। हम दोनों पार्टियों के डॉक्यूमेंट्स की जांच कर रहे हैं और जांच पूरी होने के बाद सही कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
