ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,25 ਜੂਨ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਕੌਂਸਲਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁਕਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਐਸਡੀਐਮ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੁਲਾਈ ਗਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਰੱਦ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਮਿਲਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਕੌਂਸਲਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ।ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਲਕਾ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ “ਜਾਗਾ” ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਨਗੇ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਦੇਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਬਨੂੰੜ ਦੇ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਦਾ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਨਗਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਨੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ “ਕੁਝ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਕਾਰਨ” ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਲਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਸਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਤੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ, ਸਾਰੇ ਕੌਂਸਲਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਨੇ ਕੌਂਸਲਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੰਬਲਭੂਸਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ।
राजपुरा, 25 जून (हिमांशु हैरी): SDM राजपुरा की तरफ से आज म्युनिसिपल काउंसिल के नए चुने गए पार्षदों को शपथ दिलाने के लिए बुलाई गई मीटिंग आखिरी मिनट में कैंसिल कर दी गई। कैंसिल होने की खबर मिलते ही पहुंचे BJP पार्षदों ने अपनी नाराज़गी ज़ाहिर की। इस पर हलका इंचार्ज जगदीश कुमार “जगा” ने कहा कि मीटिंग का बार-बार कैंसिल होना सरकार की फ्रस्ट्रेशन दिखाता है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सरकार जानती है कि वह उनके प्रेसिडेंट नहीं बनेंगे, इसलिए जानबूझकर देरी की जा रही है। जग्गा ने आगे कहा कि पिछले दिन हाल ही में चुने गए आम आदमी पार्टी बनूड़ के पार्षद का गायब होना भी इसी फ्रस्ट्रेशन का नतीजा है। इस बीच, म्युनिसिपल काउंसिल सुपरिटेंडेंट ने मीटिंग कैंसिल होने का कारण “कुछ अर्जेंट ऑफिशियल कारण” बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि जैसे ही एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन को शपथ ग्रहण समारोह के लिए नया समय और तारीख मिलेगी, सभी पार्षदों को तुरंत बता दिया जाएगा। शपथ ग्रहण में देरी से पार्षदों में कन्फ्यूजन हो गया है, क्योंकि वे शपथ लिए बिना ऑफिशियली अपनी ड्यूटी शुरू नहीं कर सकते।

He alleged that the government knows that he will not become their president, hence the deliberate delay. Meanwhile, the Municipal Council Superintendent gave the reason for the cancellation of the meeting as “some urgent official reason”. He said that as soon as the administration gets a new time and date for the oath-taking ceremony, all the councilors will be informed immediately. The delay in the swearing-in has caused confusion among councilors, as they cannot officially begin their duties without taking the oath.
