ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ/ਬਨੂੰੜ,04 (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਬਨੂੜ-ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ‘ਤੇ ਰਾਮਨਗਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਘੂਨਾਥ ਮੰਦਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੰਦਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੰਦਰ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਤਣਾਅਪੂਰਨ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਹੈ। ਮੰਦਿਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੱਖ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਟੇਅ ਆਰਡਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ, ਪਰ ਦੂਜਾ ਪੱਖ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੂਜਾ ਪੱਖ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਪਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਮੰਦਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਵਿਵਾਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਆਮ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਗਊਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਲਈ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੈੱਡ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਕਾਰਜ ਰੋਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਆਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਸੁਸ਼ੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੀਸੀਪੀ ਬਨੂੜ ਕੋਲ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡੀਸੀਪੀ ਨੇ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਦਾ ਨਿਰੀਖਣ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਮੰਦਰ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਹੁਣ ਮੰਦਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਤੋਂ ਢੁਕਵੀਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
राजपुरा/बनूर, 04 (हिमांशु हैरी): बनूर-राजपुरा हाईवे पर रामनगर गांव के पास मौजूद श्री रघुनाथ मंदिर और गौशाला में चल रहे ज़मीन के झगड़े की वजह से भक्तों को काफी मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। मंदिर कमेटी के सदस्यों का आरोप है कि कुछ लोग मंदिर और गौशाला की ज़मीन पर कब्ज़ा करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, जिसकी वजह से मंदिर परिसर में तनाव का माहौल है। मंदिर कमेटी के मुताबिक, इस मामले को लेकर कोर्ट का दरवाज़ा खटखटाया गया था। कोर्ट ने मंदिर पक्ष के पक्ष में स्टे ऑर्डर जारी कर दिया, लेकिन दूसरा पक्ष कोर्ट के आदेशों का पालन नहीं कर रहा है। कमेटी का कहना है कि दूसरा पक्ष मंदिर और गौशाला में चल रहे डेवलपमेंट के काम में लगातार रुकावट डाल रहा है। कमेटी सदस्यों ने कहा कि इस झगड़े का सबसे ज़्यादा असर मंदिर में माथा टेकने आने वाले भक्तों पर पड़ रहा है। मंदिर में हर दिन बड़ी संख्या में भक्त आते हैं, जिनमें आस-पास के कॉलेजों के स्टूडेंट भी शामिल हैं। इस झगड़े की वजह से भक्तों को परेशानी हो रही है और मंदिर के आम माहौल पर भी असर पड़ रहा है। इसके अलावा, गायों की सुविधा के लिए गौशाला के शेड का कंस्ट्रक्शन का काम रोक दिया गया है। मंदिर मैनेजमेंट का कहना है कि इससे गौशाला के डेवलपमेंट के काम और गायों की देखभाल पर असर पड़ा है। मंदिर के वकील सुशील कुमार ने बताया कि इस बारे में DCP बनूर के पास शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि DCP ने थाना इंचार्ज को जगह का इंस्पेक्शन करने और मंदिर आने वाले भक्तों की समस्याओं का समाधान पक्का करने का निर्देश दिया है। अब मंदिर कमेटी को प्रशासन से सही कार्रवाई और न्याय की उम्मीद है।

The committee says that the other party is constantly obstructing the ongoing development work in the temple and Gaushala. The committee members said that the biggest impact of this dispute is on the devotees who come to pay obeisance in the temple. A large number of devotees visit the temple every day, including students from nearby colleges. The dispute is causing inconvenience to the devotees and affecting the general atmosphere of the temple. Apart from this, construction work on the shed of the cowshed has been stopped for the convenience of the cows. The temple management says that this has affected the development work of the cowshed and the care of the cows. The temple’s lawyer Sushil Kumar said that a complaint has been filed with the DCP Banur in this regard. He further said that the DCP has directed the station in-charge to inspect the place and ensure that the problems of the devotees visiting the temple are resolved. Now the temple committee is expecting appropriate action and justice from the administration.
