ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,17 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਐਂਡ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਸੈੱਲ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਹੇਠ ਤੇ ਕਾਮਰਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ, ਪਟੇਲ ਮੈਮੋਰੀਅਲ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਲਜ, ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਨੇ ਸੋਲਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਕਾਸਮੋ ਫੈਰੀਟਾਈਜ਼ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਦੌਰਾ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਦੌਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ. ਚੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਡਾ. ਅਮਿਤਾ ਕੌਸ਼ਲ, ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਅਫਸਰ (ਟੀਪੀਓ) ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਇਆ। ਟੀਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ. ਜੈਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਮਮਤਾ, ਡਾ. ਹਰਜਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਰਿਤੂ ਵਰਮਾ, ਪ੍ਰੋ. ਹਿਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।ਇਹ ਦੌਰਾ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ, ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਹਾਰਕ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਲ-ਸੰਸਾਰ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਅਭਿਆਸਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਪਾੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 50 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੌਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਇਕਾਈ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਸਮਝ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੋਸਮੋ ਫੈਰੀਟਸ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਪਣਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਦੇ ਮਿਆਰਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਸੈੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੌਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
राजपुरा, 17 अप्रैल (हिमांशु हैरी): ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट सेल की पहल और कॉमर्स डिपार्टमेंट के सहयोग से, पटेल मेमोरियल नेशनल कॉलेज, राजपुरा ने सोलन में मौजूद कॉस्मो फेराइट्स लिमिटेड का एक इंडस्ट्रियल विज़िट ऑर्गनाइज़ किया। इस विज़िट को प्रिंसिपल डॉ. चंद्र प्रकाश गांधी ने लीड किया और ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट ऑफिसर (TPO) डॉ. अमिता कौशल और अलग-अलग डिपार्टमेंट के हेड और फैकल्टी मेंबर ने मिलकर काम किया। टीम में डॉ. जयदीप सिंह, प्रो. ममता, डॉ. हरजिंदर कौर, प्रो. गुरप्रीत कौर, प्रो. रितु वर्मा, प्रो. हिना और मंदीप सिंह शामिल थे। यह विज़िट स्टूडेंट्स को इंडस्ट्रियल प्रोसेस, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग टेक्नीक और क्वालिटी कंट्रोल सिस्टम का प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव देने के मकसद से की गई थी। इसका मकसद थ्योरेटिकल एजुकेशन और असल दुनिया के इंडस्ट्रियल प्रैक्टिस के बीच के गैप को कम करना था। जिसमें 50 से ज़्यादा स्टूडेंट्स ने एक्टिवली हिस्सा लिया और एक मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट के कामकाज के बारे में कीमती जानकारी हासिल की। उन्हें इंडस्ट्री एक्सपर्ट्स ने कॉस्मो फेराइट्स लिमिटेड में प्रोडक्शन प्रोसेस और क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड्स के बारे में भी बताया। इस बीच, कॉलेज एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन ने इस विज़िट को सफलतापूर्वक ऑर्गनाइज़ करने के लिए ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट सेल और फैकल्टी मेंबर्स की कोशिशों की तारीफ़ की।
Rajpura, April 17 (Himanshu Harry): Under the initiative of Training and Placement Cell and in collaboration with the Department of Commerce, Patel Memorial National College, Rajpura organized an industrial visit to Cosmo Ferrites Limited, located in Solan. The visit was led by Principal Dr. Chandra Prakash Gandhi and coordinated efforts of Dr. Amita Kaushal, Training and Placement Officer (TPO) and Heads of various departments and faculty members. The team included Dr. Jaideep Singh, Prof. Mamta, Dr. Harjinder Kaur, Prof. Gurpreet Kaur, Prof. Ritu Verma, Prof. Hina and Mandeep Singh. The visit was conducted with the objective of providing practical experience of industrial processes, manufacturing techniques and quality control systems to the students. It aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical education and real-world industrial practices. In which more than 50 students actively participated in the visit and gained valuable insight into the workings of a manufacturing unit. They were also briefed by industry experts about the production processes and quality standards followed at Cosmo Ferrites Ltd. Meanwhile, the college administration appreciated the efforts of the Training and Placement Cell and faculty members in successfully organizing the visit.
