ਪਟਿਆਲਾ/ਘਨੌਰ,17 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ): ਹਲਕਾ ਘਨੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਘਨੌਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਭੋਗਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਰਸਮ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਲਈ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ।ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਘਨੌਰ ਨੇ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਨਪੁਰ-ਭੋਗਲਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੁਹਰੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਲਗਭਗ 2.52 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਬਣਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਲਿੰਕ ਸੜਕ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੜਕ ਦੇ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਬਚਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵਾਧਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 32 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹੈਲਥ ਵੈਲਨੈੱਸ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਘਨੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਨਾਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਣਗੀਆਂ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਘੱਟ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਲਈ 5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਨਵੀਂ ਧਰਮਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਆਵਾਜਾਈ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 15.25 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਪੱਕੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸ਼ਮਸ਼ਾਨਘਾਟ ਵਿੱਚ 3 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਵੇਟਿੰਗ ਸ਼ੈੱਡ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਵੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਘਨੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ੍ਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਲੋਕ ਪੱਖੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਹੁਣ ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਹੀ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਵਰਗ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਨੁਹਾਰ ਬਦਲਣ ਲਈ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸੜਕਾਂ, ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੀਵਨਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਮਿਲਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਲਾਭਦਾਇਕ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਘਨੌਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ।ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
पटियाला/घनौर, 17 अप्रैल (हिमांशु हैरी): घनौर हलके में विकास के कामों में और तेज़ी लाने के मकसद से MLA गुरलाल घनौर ने गांव भोगल में कई ज़रूरी प्रोजेक्ट्स का उद्घाटन और नींव पत्थर रखा। इस मौके पर इलाके के बड़ी संख्या में गांववालों ने विकास के कामों पर खुशी ज़ाहिर की। इस दौरान MLA गुरलाल घनौर ने करीब 2.52 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से राजपुरा से सुहरों वाया खानपुर-भोगल तक बने लिंक रोड का उद्घाटन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस रोड के बनने से इलाके के लोगों को आने-जाने में बहुत सुविधा होगी और समय की बचत होगी। साथ ही, कमर्शियल एक्टिविटीज़ भी बढ़ेंगी। इसके अलावा, 32 लाख रुपये की लागत से बने हेल्थ वेलनेस सेंटर का भी उद्घाटन किया गया। MLA गुरलाल घनौर ने कहा कि इस सेंटर से गांववालों को उनके पास ही बेसिक हेल्थ सुविधाएं मिलेंगी, जिससे उन्हें शहरों में जाने की ज़रूरत कम होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का मुख्य मकसद लोगों को बेहतर हेल्थ सर्विस देना है। इस मौके पर दूसरे विकास के कामों का भी ऐलान किया गया। गांववालों के मिलकर होने वाले इवेंट्स के लिए 5 लाख रुपये की लागत से नई धर्मशाला बनाई जाएगी। इसके अलावा, लोगों को होने वाली ट्रैफिक की समस्या को हल करने के लिए 15.25 लाख रुपये की लागत से पक्की सड़क बनाई जाएगी। श्मशान घाट में 3 लाख रुपये की लागत से वेटिंग शेड का भी नींव पत्थर रखा गया। इस दौरान, गांववालों की सभा को संबोधित करते हुए MLA गुरलाल घनौर ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पंजाब श्री भगवंत सिंह मान के नेतृत्व में पंजाब सरकार लगातार लोगों के हित में फैसले ले रही है, जिसका नतीजा अब हर गांव और शहर में विकास के रूप में दिख रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मान सरकार ने हमेशा आम लोगों की जरूरतों को प्राथमिकता दी है और हर वर्ग की भलाई के लिए योजनाएं लागू की जा रही हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि राज्य सरकार गांवों की सूरत बदलने के लिए दिन-रात काम कर रही है। सड़कों, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, शिक्षा और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को बेहतर बनाने के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर निवेश किया जा रहा है। इससे गांववालों की लाइफस्टाइल बेहतर होगी और उन्हें शहरों की सुविधाएं गांवों में ही मिलेंगी। इस मौके पर गांव वालों ने भी अपने विचार शेयर किए और कहा कि ये डेवलपमेंट के काम इलाके के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद साबित होंगे। उन्होंने मान सरकार और MLA गुरलाल घनौर का धन्यवाद किया और कहा कि ये प्रोजेक्ट गांव की तरक्की को नई दिशा देंगे। इस मौके पर पार्टी के पदाधिकारी और संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी और बड़ी संख्या में गांव वाले मौजूद थे।

During this, MLA Gurlal Ghanaur inaugurated the link road from Rajpura to Suhron via Khanpur-Bhogal at a cost of about Rs 2.52 crore. He said that the renovation of this road will provide great convenience to the people of the area in transportation and will save time. Along with this, commercial activities will also increase. Apart from this, a health wellness center built at a cost of Rs 32 lakh was also inaugurated. MLA Gurlal Ghanaur said that with this center, the villagers will get basic health facilities near them, which will reduce their need to go to the cities. He said that the main objective of the government is to provide better health services to the people. Other development works were also announced on this occasion. A new Dharamshala will be built at a cost of Rs. 5 lakh for the joint events of the villagers. Apart from this, a paved road will be constructed at a cost of Rs. 15.25 lakh to solve the traffic problem faced by the people. The foundation stone of a waiting shed at the crematorium was also laid at a cost of Rs. 3 lakh. Meanwhile, addressing the gathering of villagers, MLA Gurlal Ghanaur said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Punjab Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab government is continuously taking people-friendly decisions, the result of which is now being seen in the form of development in every village and city. He said that the Mann government has always given priority to the needs of the common people and schemes are being implemented for the welfare of every section. He further said that the state government is working day and night to change the face of the villages. Large scale investment is being made to improve roads, health services, education and infrastructure. This will improve the lifestyle of the villagers and they will get the facilities of cities in the villages themselves. On this occasion, the villagers also shared their views and said that these development works will prove to be very beneficial for the area. They thanked the Mann government and MLA Gurlal Ghanaur and said that these projects will give a new direction to the progress of the village.
