ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, 4 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ(ਐੱਚ ਐੱਚ ਸੇਤੀਆ ): ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਲਾਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦਾ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲਾਭ ਉਠਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਕਾਰਡ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਬਣਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਹ ਕਾਰਡ ਖੁਦ ਵੀ ਬਣਵਾਉਣ ਉਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੋਰਾਨ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਰਜੀਤ ਵਾਲੀਆ, ਏ.ਡੀ.ਸੀ. ਦਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੈਠਕ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਲਾਜਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਵਾ ਕੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੋਲ ਮਾਡਲ ਬਣਨ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਬੱਚਾ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਰਡ ਵੀ ਬਣਵਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਨ। ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਮਾਵਾਂ ਧੀਆਂ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਣ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਨਾ ਰਹੇ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਨਰਲ ਵਰਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੇ ਐਸ.ਸੀ. ਤੇ ਐਸ.ਟੀ ਵਰਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ 1500 ਰੁਪਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਲਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੋਰਾਨ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਬੈਠਕ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਾਰਦਿਵਾਰੀ, ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਪਾਣੀ, ਮਿਡ ਡੇ ਮੀਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਸ਼ੈਡ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਛੱਪੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਛੱਪੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਗੰਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਡਰੇਨੇਜ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਅਗਾਮੀ ਮਾਨਸੂਨ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ-ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਨਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਡਕਾਲਾ ਤੱਕ ਸਾਫ਼ ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਤੇਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੰਘਣ ਲਈ ਇਸਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਨਾ ਬਣੇ। ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਬੈਠਕ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਿੰਡ ਕਲਿਨਿਕ, ਖੇਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਹਿਰੀ ਪਾਣੀ, ਮਾਡਲ ਖੇਡ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਲਿੰਕ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।

पटियाला, 4 अप्रैल (HH सेतिया): पंजाब के हेल्थ और फैमिली वेलफेयर मिनिस्टर डॉ. बलबीर सिंह ने पंजाब के लोगों से अपील की है कि वे मुख्यमंत्री हेल्थ स्कीम के तहत 10 लाख रुपये तक के फ्री इलाज की सुविधा का ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा फायदा उठाने के लिए तुरंत अपने हेल्थ कार्ड बनवा लें। उन्होंने सभी सरकारी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों से भी ये कार्ड खुद बनवाने पर ज़ोर दिया है। इस दौरान हेल्थ मिनिस्टर ने आज पटियाला ग्रामीण हलके के डेवलपमेंट कामों का रिव्यू करने के लिए डिस्ट्रिक्ट एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव कॉम्प्लेक्स में डिप्टी कमिश्नर वरजीत वालिया, ADC दमनजीत सिंह मान और डेवलपमेंट कामों से जुड़े अधिकारियों के साथ मीटिंग की और सरकारी कर्मचारियों से अपील की कि वे अपने हेल्थ कार्ड बनवाकर आम लोगों के लिए रोल मॉडल बनें। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले के सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूलों में एक लाख बच्चे पढ़ते हैं, जिसके लिए टीचर उन्हें कार्ड बनवाने के लिए मोटिवेट करें और स्टूडेंट्स के पेरेंट्स को भी कार्ड बनवाने के लिए मोटिवेट करें। डॉ. बलबीर सिंह ने सरकारी अधिकारियों, खासकर एजुकेशन डिपार्टमेंट को भी निर्देश दिए कि वे लोगों को मुख्यमंत्री हेल्थ स्कीम और मदर डॉटर्स सत्कार स्कीम के बारे में अवेयर करें ताकि कोई भी बेनिफिशियरी इसका फायदा उठाने से वंचित न रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि जनरल कैटेगरी की महिलाओं के अकाउंट में 1000 रुपये और SC और ST कैटेगरी की महिलाओं के अकाउंट में 1500 रुपये जमा किए जाएंगे, जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन बहुत जल्द शुरू हो रहा है। इस मीटिंग के दौरान, हेल्थ मिनिस्टर ने पटियाला रूरल विधानसभा क्षेत्र के स्कूलों की बाउंड्री वॉल, पीने का साफ पानी, मिड-डे मील बनाने की जगह पर शेड और दूसरी सुविधाओं का भी रिव्यू किया। इसके साथ ही, उन्होंने पंचायत डिपार्टमेंट को गांवों में तालाबों के रेनोवेशन और सफाई के लिए प्लान बनाने का निर्देश दिया, क्योंकि तालाबों का गंदा पानी बीमारियों का कारण बन रहा है। डॉ. बलबीर सिंह ने ड्रेनेज डिपार्टमेंट को आने वाले मानसून सीजन से पहले बड़ी नदी को डकाला तक साफ और गहरा करने और पानी के तेजी से बहने की कैपेसिटी बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया ताकि पटियाला को बाढ़ का कोई खतरा न हो। मीटिंग के दौरान, हेल्थ मिनिस्टर ने गांव के क्लीनिक, खेतों के लिए नहर का पानी, मॉडल खेल के मैदान और लिंक रोड समेत विकास के कामों का रिव्यू किया। इस मौके पर अलग-अलग डिपार्टमेंट के अधिकारी मौजूद थे।

Patiala, April 4 (HH Setia): Punjab Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Balbir Singh has appealed to the people of Punjab to get their health cards made immediately to take maximum advantage of the facility of free treatment up to Rs. 10 lakh under the Chief Minister’s Health Scheme. He has also stressed on all government officials and employees to get these cards made themselves. During this, the Health Minister today held a meeting with Deputy Commissioner Varjit Walia, ADC Damanjit Singh Mann and officials associated with development works at the District Administrative Complex to review the development works of Patiala Rural Constituency and called upon the government employees to become role models for the common people by getting their health cards made. He said that one lakh children study in senior secondary schools in the district, for which teachers should motivate them to get their cards made and the parents of the students to get their cards made too. Dr. Balbir Singh also instructed the government officials, especially the education department, to make people aware of the Chief Minister’s Health Scheme and the Mother Daughters Satkar Scheme so that no beneficiary is deprived of taking advantage of it. He said that Rs. 1000 will be deposited in the accounts of women belonging to the general category and Rs. 1500 will be deposited in the accounts of women belonging to the SC and ST categories, the registration of which is starting very soon. During this meeting, the Health Minister also reviewed the boundary walls of schools in Patiala Rural constituency, clean drinking water, sheds at the mid-day meal preparation site and other facilities. Along with this, he instructed the Panchayat Department to make a plan for the renovation and cleaning of ponds in the villages, as the dirty water of the ponds is causing diseases. Dr. Balbir Singh directed the Drainage Department to clean and deepen the Badi river up to Dakala before the upcoming monsoon season and increase its capacity to allow water to flow faster so that Patiala does not face any threat of floods. During the meeting, the Health Minister reviewed the development works including village clinics, canal water for farms, model playgrounds and link roads. Officers from various departments were present on the occasion.
