ਪਟਿਆਲਾ,03 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਨਾੜ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਰਜੀਤ ਵਾਲੀਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਣਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸਿਮਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਨਾੜ ਸਾੜਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਚ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਕਾਰਤਾ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਸੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਕੈਂਪ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾੜ ਨਾ ਸਾੜਨ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਦਲਵੇਂ ਉਪਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ ਜੀਵਨ ਲਈ ਨਾੜ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਨਾ ਲਗਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਡਾ. ਦਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਏ.ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਓ.ਡੋ .ਅਵਨਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ, ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ ਤੋਂ ਨਵਤੇਸ਼ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ, ਏ ਏ ਈ ਪ੍ਰਭਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਏ ਈ ਓ ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਠਾ, ਸਹਿਕਾਰਤਾ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਤੋਂ ਡੀ ਆਰ ਕੋਪਰੇਟੀਵ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਸੰਗਰਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧੂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
पटियाला, 03 अप्रैल (हिमांशु हैरी): जिला प्रशासन की तरफ से गेहूं की पराली जलाने से रोकने के लिए अहम कदम उठाते हुए डिप्टी कमिश्नर श्री वरजीत वालिया ने गेहूं की पराली जलाने की घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए एक रिव्यू मीटिंग की। इस मीटिंग में एडिशनल डिप्टी कमिश्नर श्रीमती सिमरप्रीत कौर और संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी भी मौजूद थे। इस मीटिंग के दौरान डिप्टी कमिश्नर ने पराली जलाने के मामलों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए आदेश दिया कि जिले में 24 घंटे निगरानी के आदेश पर जागरूकता अभियान शुरू किया जाए। उन्होंने एग्रीकल्चर डिपार्टमेंट, पंजाब पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड और कोऑपरेशन डिपार्टमेंट को आपसी सहयोग से काम करने के निर्देश दिए ताकि इस समस्या का असरदार तरीके से हल निकाला जा सके। इसके अलावा डिप्टी कमिश्नर ने लोगों में जागरूकता फैलाने पर भी जोर दिया और संबंधित विभागों को गांव लेवल पर जागरूकता कैंप लगाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों को पराली न जलाने के नुकसान और दूसरे उपायों के बारे में बताना बहुत जरूरी है। जिला प्रशासन ने सभी किसानों से अपील की है कि वे पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा और सेहतमंद जीवन के लिए पराली न जलाएं और सरकार की तरफ से दी गई हिदायतों का पालन करें। इस मौके पर मुख्य खेतीबाड़ी अफसर डॉ. दारा सिंह, एपीपीओ दो. अवनिन्दर सिंह मान, प्रदूषण कंट्रोल बोर्ड से नवतेश सिंगला, सहकारिता विभाग से एएई प्रभदीप सिंह, एईओ रविन्दर पाल सिंह चट्ठा, डीआर कोऑपरेटिव सोसायटी संग्राम सिंह संधू मौजूद थे।
Patiala, April 03 (Himanshu Harry): Taking important steps to prevent the burning of wheat stubble by the district administration, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Varjit Walia held a review meeting to prevent the incidents of wheat stubble burning. Additional Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Simarpreet Kaur and officials of the concerned departments were also present in this meeting. During this meeting, the Deputy Commissioner, taking the issues of stubble burning seriously, ordered that an awareness campaign be started in the district on the order of 24-hour surveillance. He directed the Agriculture Department, Punjab Pollution Control Board and Cooperation Department to work in mutual cooperation so that this problem can be effectively solved. Apart from this, the Deputy Commissioner also emphasized on spreading awareness among the people and issued instructions to the concerned departments to organize awareness camps at the village level. He said that it is very important to inform the farmers about the disadvantages of not burning stubble and alternative measures. The district administration has appealed to all the farmers not to burn stubble for the protection of the environment and healthy life and to follow the instructions given by the government. On this occasion, Chief Agriculture Officer Dr. Dara Singh, APPO Do. Avaninder Singh Mann, Navtesh Singla from Pollution Control Board, AAE Prabhdeep Singh, AEO Ravinder Pal Singh Chatha, DR Cooperative Society Sangram Singh Sandhu from Cooperation Department were present.
