ਪਟਿਆਲਾ/ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ/ਘਨੌਰ,18 ਮਾਰਚ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ): ਘਰੇਲੂ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਲਪੀਜੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਗ਼ੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਈ।ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਖਾਣ-ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ, ਰੈਸਟੋਰੈਂਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਟਲਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਚੈਕਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਉਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਐਲਪੀਜੀ ਸਿਲੰਡਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਗੈਸ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਨਿਰੀਖਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਗੋਦਾਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਟਾਕ, ਸਪਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ।ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਫੂਡ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕੁੱਲ 45 ਘਰੇਲੂ ਐਲਪੀਜੀ ਸਿਲੰਡਰ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੇ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ, ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ 11, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ 18, ਦੇਵੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਅਤੇ ਸਨੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ 14 ਸਿਲੰਡਰ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਰਜੀਤ ਵਾਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਐਲਪੀਜੀ ਅਸਲ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਉਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਸਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹਿਗੀ।ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ ਡਾ. ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਐਲਪੀਜੀ ਵੰਡ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਸਟਾਕ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਗੈਸ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਐਲਪੀਜੀ ਸਿਲੰਡਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਐਲਪੀਜੀ ਸਿਲੰਡਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਫਵਾਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਯਕੀਨ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਅਫ਼ਰਾ ਤਫ਼ਰੀ ਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਲੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਲੰਡਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ।
पटियाला/राजपुरा/घनौर, 18 मार्च (हिमांशु हैरी): घरेलू ग्राहकों को LPG की सप्लाई बिना किसी रुकावट के और बिना किसी रुकावट के सुनिश्चित करने और इसके गैर-कानूनी इस्तेमाल को रोकने के लिए, डिस्ट्रिक्ट फूड एंड सप्लाई ऑफिसर और असिस्टेंट फूड सप्लाई ऑफिसर की टीमों ने पूरे जिले में एक खास चेकिंग ड्राइव चलाई। इस दौरान, खाने-पीने की जगहों, रेस्टोरेंट और होटलों में चेकिंग की गई, जहाँ कमर्शियल मकसद के लिए घरेलू LPG सिलेंडर का इस्तेमाल करने वाली जगहों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की गई। इसके अलावा, गैस एजेंसियों का भी इंस्पेक्शन किया गया, जहाँ टीमों ने पारदर्शिता और नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए गोदामों में स्टॉक, सप्लाई सिस्टम और बुकिंग रिकॉर्ड की जाँच की। ड्राइव के दौरान, फूड सप्लाई डिपार्टमेंट की टीमों ने नियमों का उल्लंघन करके इस्तेमाल किए जा रहे कुल 45 घरेलू LPG सिलेंडर जब्त किए। इनमें से राजपुरा में 11, पटियाला में 18, देवीगढ़ में 2 और सनौर में 14 सिलेंडर जब्त किए गए। डिप्टी कमिश्नर वरजीत वालिया ने कहा कि डिस्ट्रिक्ट एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन यह पक्का करने के लिए कमिटेड है कि घरेलू LPG असली लाभार्थियों तक पहुँचे और इसका कमर्शियल मकसद के लिए गलत इस्तेमाल न हो। उन्होंने ज़ोर देकर कहा कि इस तरह की मुहिम रेगुलर जारी रहेगी। डिस्ट्रिक्ट फ़ूड एंड सिविल सप्लाइज़ कंट्रोलर डॉ. रविंदर कौर ने कहा कि टीमें कमर्शियल जगहों और LPG डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन सिस्टम दोनों पर एक्टिवली नज़र रख रही हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि सही स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट और कस्टमर्स को सही सप्लाई पक्का करने के लिए गैस एजेंसियों का इंस्पेक्शन तेज़ कर दिया गया है। उन्होंने कमर्शियल जगहों से अपील की कि वे सिर्फ़ ऑथराइज़्ड कमर्शियल LPG सिलेंडर ही इस्तेमाल करें और नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करें। उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की कि वे सहयोग करें और घरेलू LPG सिलेंडर के किसी भी गलत इस्तेमाल की रिपोर्ट करें, और भरोसा दिलाया कि लोग किसी भी तरह की अफ़वाहों पर विश्वास न करें या घबराहट में बेवजह सिलेंडर बुक न करें।
Patiala/Rajpura/Ghanour, March 18 (Himanshu Harry): To ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply of LPG to domestic consumers and to prevent its illegal use, teams of District Food and Supply Officer and Assistant Food Supply Officers conducted a special checking drive across the district. During this, checks were conducted at eateries, restaurants and hotels, where strict action was taken against establishments using domestic LPG cylinders for commercial purposes. Apart from this, inspection of gas agencies was also conducted, where teams checked the stock, supply system and booking records in the godowns to ensure transparency and compliance with the rules. During the drive, Food Supply Department teams seized a total of 45 domestic LPG cylinders being used in violation of the rules. Out of these, 11 cylinders were seized in Rajpura, 18 in Patiala, 2 in Devigarh and 14 in Sanaur.
Deputy Commissioner Varjit Walia said that the district administration is committed to ensuring that domestic LPG reaches the genuine beneficiaries and is not misused for commercial purposes. He stressed that such a campaign will continue regularly. District Food and Civil Supplies Controller Dr. Ravinder Kaur said that teams are actively monitoring both commercial establishments and LPG distribution systems. She added that inspections of gas agencies have been intensified to ensure proper stock management and fair supply to consumers. She appealed to the commercial establishments to use only authorized commercial LPG cylinders and strictly follow the rules. She appealed to the people to cooperate and report any misuse of domestic LPG cylinders, assuring that people should not believe in any kind of rumours or book cylinders unnecessarily in a panic.
