ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,29 ਜਨਵਰੀ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਹਲਕਾ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਹਰਦਿਆਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਬੋਜ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਸ਼ਾਮਦੂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਦੂ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਨੀਨਾ ਮਿੱਤਲ ’ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਸਾਧੇ ਹਨ। ਕੰਬੋਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਧੇਲਾ ਵੀ ਖਰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਸਗੋਂ ਚਾਰੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਗੰਦਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਿੱਕੜ ਦਾ ਬੋਲਬਾਲਾ ਹੈ।ਕੰਬੋਜ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੰਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਪਾਈਪਾਂ ਪਈਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਿੱਕੜ ਭਰਿਆ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਇੱਥੇ ਡਾਇਰੀਆ ਫੈਲਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਫਿਰ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਫੈਲਣ ਦਾ ਖਦਸਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਇੰਨੇ ਮਾੜੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਮਾਪੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲ ਭੇਜਣ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਡਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਗਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਗੰਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੱਚੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੈਦ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਹਨ।ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਫੰਡ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਏ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਵੀ ਵਾਪਸ ਲਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਜੋ ਕਦੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਨੰਬਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸੀ, ਅੱਜ 566ਵੇਂ ਨੰਬਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਕੰਬੋਜ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ‘ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ’ ਰੱਖਣ ਤੱਕ ਸੀਮਤ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਸੁਣਨ ਦੀ ਫੁਰਸਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਜਾਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ।ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਰਕਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਜੰਮ ਕੇ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੀ।
राजपुरा, 29 जनवरी (हिमांशु हैरी): राजपुरा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के पूर्व MLA हरदयाल सिंह कंबोज ने आज राजपुरा के शामदू गांव और शामदू कैंप का दौरा किया और मौजूदा AAP सरकार और स्थानीय MLA नीना मित्तल पर निशाना साधा। कंबोज ने कहा कि राजपुरा में विकास के नाम पर एक पैसा भी खर्च नहीं हुआ है, बल्कि हर जगह गंदगी और कीचड़ है। कंबोज ने कहा कि गांवों में गंदे पानी की निकासी का कोई इंतजाम नहीं है। पाइप तो बिछा दिए गए हैं लेकिन उन्हें जोड़ा नहीं गया है, जिससे गांवों की गलियां कीचड़ से भरी हैं। पहले भी यहां डायरिया फैलने से बच्चों की मौत हो चुकी है और अब फिर से गंभीर बीमारियां फैलने का डर है। उन्होंने कहा कि हालात इतने खराब हैं कि माता-पिता अपने बच्चों को स्कूल भेजने से भी डर रहे हैं। गलियों में जमा पानी के कारण बच्चे घरों में फंसे हुए हैं। पूर्व MLA ने आरोप लगाया कि पंजाब सरकार ने विकास के लिए कोई नया फंड नहीं दिया है, बल्कि केंद्र सरकार के फाइनेंस कमीशन से मिले करोड़ों रुपये भी निकाले जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राजपुरा, जो कभी नॉर्थ इंडिया में डेवलपमेंट के मामले में टॉप पर था, अब 566वें नंबर पर पहुंच गया है। कंबोज ने कहा कि सरकार सिर्फ ‘नींव का पत्थर’ रखने तक ही सीमित है। उन्होंने कहा कि MLA के पास गरीबों की परेशानियां सुनने का टाइम नहीं है और अगर इन परेशानियों का जल्द हल नहीं हुआ तो वे हाईवे जाम कर बड़ा प्रोटेस्ट करेंगे। इस मौके पर उनके साथ बड़ी संख्या में गांववाले और पार्टी वर्कर मौजूद थे, जिन्होंने सरकार के खिलाफ नारे लगाए।
Rajpura, January 29 (Himanshu Harry): Former MLA of Rajpura constituency Hardial Singh Kamboj today visited Shamdu village and Shamdu camp in Rajpura and targeted the current AAP government and local MLA Neena Mittal. Kamboj said that not a single penny has been spent in the name of development in Rajpura, but there is dirt and mud everywhere. Kamboj said that there is no arrangement for drainage of dirty water in the villages. Pipes are laid but they have not been connected, due to which the streets of the villages are full of mud. Earlier also children have died here due to diarrhea outbreak and now there is a fear of spreading serious diseases again. He said that the situation is so bad that parents are even afraid to send their children to school. Children are trapped inside their homes due to stagnant water in the streets. The former MLA alleged that the Punjab government has not provided any new funds for development, but crores of rupees received from the Finance Commission of the Central Government are also being withdrawn. He said that Rajpura, which was once at the top of the list in terms of development in North India, has now reached the 566th position. Kamboj said that the government is limited to laying the ‘foundation stone’ only. He said that the MLA does not have time to listen to the problems of the poor and if these problems are not resolved soon, he will block the highway and stage a big protest. A large number of villagers and party workers were present with him on this occasion, who shouted slogans against the government.
