ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ/ਬਨੂੰੜ,29 ਦਸੰਬਰ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ): ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ੍ਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਕ-ਹਿਤੈਸ਼ੀ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਲਕਾ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਕਸਬਾ ਬਨੂੰੜ ਨੂੰ ਸਬ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਤੋਂ ਅਪਗ੍ਰੇਡ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਬ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਉਪਲਬਧੀ ਦਾ ਸਿਹਰਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਮੈਡਮ ਨੀਨਾ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।ਇਸ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਨੂੰੜ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਕਰੀਬ 40 ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।ਸਬ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਬਣਨ ਨਾਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਉਣੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਖਰਚ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਬਚਣਗੇ। ਬਨੂੰੜ ਸਬ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਕਾਨੂਨਗੋ ਸਰਕਲ ਅਤੇ 14 ਪਟਵਾਰ ਸਰਕਲ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਸੁਚੱਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਨੀਨਾ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਫਤਰ ਬਨੂੰੜ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾ ਨਾਲ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਨੂੰੜ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕਸਬਾ ਬਨੂੰੜ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਸਬ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਇਹ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣ ’ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਨੂੰੜ ਅਤੇ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਮੰਗ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਟਕੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਹੁਣ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸੂਝਬੂਝ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਬ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਬਣਨ ਨਾਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਮਿਲਣਗੀਆਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਮੈਡਮ ਨੀਨਾ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਨੂੰੜ ਸਬ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਬਣਨ ਨਾਲ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ।ਬਨੂੰੜ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਲੀ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਲਈ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾ ਨੀਨਾ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ੍ਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਿਰ, ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਣਗੀਆਂ।ਇਸ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਅਮਲੀ ਰੂਪ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਲਕਾ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਮੈਡਮ ਨੀਨਾ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਦਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
Rajpura/Banur, December 29 (Himanshu Harry): Taking forward the series of pro-people decisions taken by the Punjab Government under the leadership of Chief Minister Punjab Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann, a historic decision was taken during the cabinet meeting to upgrade the town of Banur under Rajpura constituency from a sub-tehsil to a sub-division. The credit for this important achievement goes to the special and continuous efforts of Rajpura MLA Madam Neena Mittal. This decision will directly benefit about 40 nearby villages including Banur city. With the formation of a sub-division, the people of the area will not have to travel to Mohali or Rajpura for administrative and other government work, which will save them both time and expense. Two Kanungo Circles and 14 Patwar Circles have been included in Banur Sub-Division, which will make the administrative work even more smooth and fast. On this occasion, MLA Neena Mittal shared her happiness with the residents of Banur and party volunteers at the party office and said that she had promised the residents of Banur that Banur town would be given the status of a sub-division on priority basis and today she got special satisfaction when this promise was fulfilled. She said that this demand of the people of Banur and nearby villages was pending for a long time, which has now been fulfilled with the wisdom of the Mann government and commitment to the people. She said that with the formation of a sub-division, government offices will be established in the area, which will not only provide administrative facilities nearby, but will also create new employment opportunities for the youth. Madam Neena Mittal said that the Mann government has already given jobs to thousands of youth on the basis of merit and with the formation of Banur sub-division, the youth of the area will also get employment opportunities in various departments. The residents of Banur city and forty villages thanked MLA Neena Mittal and Chief Minister Punjab Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann for this historic decision. People said that this decision will give a new direction to the development of the area and government facilities will be provided in a timely, transparent and fair manner.
