Sports festival in full swing at Delhi Public School Rajpura
ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,15 ਦਸੰਬਰ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ): ਡੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਖੇਡ ਮਹਾਂਉਤਸਵ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਗਤਿਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਪ੍ਰੀ-ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਾਰ੍ਹਵੀਂ ਕਲਾਸ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਧ -ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਖੇਡ ਮਹਾਂਉਤਸਵ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਆਕਰਸ਼ਣ—ਘੋੜਸਵਾਰੀ, ਕਠਪੁਤਲੀ ਨਾਚ, ਮਰਦਾਨੀ ਖੇਡਾਂ, ਆਈ ਲਵ ਮਾਈ ਇੰਡੀਆ, ਬਿਊਟੀਫੁਲ ਲਾਈਫ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਯੋਗਾ ਗਤਿਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਤਰਮੁਗਧ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਦੌੜ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਯੋਗਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪਣੇ ਹਾਊਸ ਦੇ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨੋਬਲ ਵਧਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੇਤੂ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਾਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਖੇਡ ਮਹਾਂਉਤਸਵ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਮੇਅਰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪਦਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਜੋਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਵਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵੱਲ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਗੀਤਿਕਾ ਚੰਦਰਾ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਠਨ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੱਤ ਨਵੇਂ ਆਯਾਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
Rajpura, December 15 (Himanshu Harry): The annual sports festival was organized in DPS Rajpura. In this, every student of the school participated in various activities according to their ability. All the students from pre-primary to twelfth class participated enthusiastically. The main attractions of this sports festival- horse riding, puppet dance, manly games, I Love My India, Beautiful Life and other yoga activities mesmerized the audience. Various running competitions filled everyone with enthusiasm and everyone was boosting the morale of the participants of their respective houses. On this occasion, all the winning participants were honored with prizes. The chief guest of this sports festival, Honorable Mayor Bathinda Punjab Padamjit Singh, praised the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the children. He also praised the school for promoting the children towards all-round development. On this occasion, the school principal, Mrs. Geetika Chandra, praised the hard work and enthusiasm of the students and assured them of introducing them to new dimensions every day in the future.
