NSS volunteers who returned from North John's Pre-RD camp were felicitated.
ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,08 ਦਸੰਬਰ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ): ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪਟੇਲ ਮੈਮੋਰੀਅਲ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਡਾ.ਚੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਐਨ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ. ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਅਫਸਰ ਡਾ.ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਾ.ਵੰਦਨਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਪ੍ਰੋ.ਅਵਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਡਾ.ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋ.ਨੰਦਿਤਾ ਵਲੋਂ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਅਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਨੌਰਥ ਜੋਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੀ.ਆਰ.ਡੀ ਕੈਂਪ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਤਣ ਉੱਤੇ ਯਾਦ ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਐਨ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਅਫਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਨੌਰਥ ਜੋਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੀ.ਆਰ.ਡੀ ਕੈਂਪ ਮਿਤੀ 21 ਤੋਂ 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਚਿਤਕਾਰਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ, ਹਿਮਾਚਲ, ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ, ਲੇਹ ਲੱਦਾਖ,ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ,ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ 200 ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਚਾਰ ਲੜਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਰ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਰਿਪਬਲਿਕ ਡੇਅ ਪਰੇਡ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਹਾਜਰ ਰਹੇ।
Rajpura, December 08 (Himanshu Harry): Under the leadership of the Principal of the local Patel Memorial National College, Dr. Chandra Prakash and NSS Program Officers Dr. Mandeep Singh, Dr. Vandana Gupta, Prof. Avtar Singh, Dr. Gagandeep Kaur and Prof. Nandita, two volunteers of the department, Amanpreet Kaur and Manvinder Singh, were honored with mementos on their return from the North Zone Pre-RD Camp. On this occasion, the NSS Program Officers informed that the North Zone Pre-RD Camp was held from November 21 to 30 at Chitkara University Rajpura, Punjab, in which 200 volunteers from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Jammu and Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Chandigarh, Delhi and Rajasthan participated. Out of which four boys and four girls volunteers for Punjab will be selected for the Republic Day Parade in Delhi. All the volunteers were present on this occasion.
