ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,12 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਦੀਪਕ ਸੂਦ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੀ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਬਧਾ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਏ ਗੰਦਗੀ ਦੇ ਢੇਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਉਚਿਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਫਾਈ ਦਾ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਬਜ਼ੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੀ ਸਫਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ ਛੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਛਬੀਲਾਂ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਲੇਕਿਨ ਇੱਥੇ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਛੇ ਛਬੀਲਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਕੋਈ ਦਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਭੁਗਤ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਫਾਈ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਪੀਣ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਖਾਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਹੱਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗਰਮੀ ਦਾ ਮੌਸਮ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਗਿਲਾਸ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਕੁਰਸੀ ਟੇਬਲ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੀ ਸਕਣ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸੂਦ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹਲਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਮੈਡਮ ਨੀਨਾ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਾਟ ਦੇਖੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਪੂਰੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ ਜੇਕਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਫੂਡ ਬਲੋ ਦਿਖਾਏ ਗਏ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਜਵਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਇਦਾਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਭਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਦੀਪਕ ਸੂਦ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਇਹ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਾਲ ਜੱਗ ਜਾਹਿਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਦੇਖਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਦੌਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਇਦਾਂ ਹੀ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ਜਾਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
राजपुरा, 12 अप्रैल (हिमांशु हैरी): मार्केट कमेटी राजपुरा के चेयरमैन दीपक सूद ने आज राजपुरा की अनाज मंडी और सब्जी मंडी का अचानक दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए कहा कि वह आज अपनी टीम के साथ खास तौर पर सब्जी मंडी और अनाज मंडी में व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लेने पहुंचे थे। व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लेते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि सब्जी मंडी में कूड़े का ढेर लगा हुआ है और पीने के पानी की भी ठीक से व्यवस्था नहीं है। पत्रकारों को जानकारी देते हुए उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि पीने के पानी की सफाई का यह टेंडर अलग-अलग कंपनियों को दिया गया है। जिसमें सब्जी मंडी की सफाई करने और पूरी मंडी में कुल छह पानी की टंकियां लगाने के लिए लिखा गया है। लेकिन यहां न तो ये छह टंकियां पूरी बनी हैं और न ही मंडी में कोई सफाई कर्मचारी दिखा है। इस बीच मार्केट कमेटी के चेयरमैन ने मार्केट कमेटी के सेक्रेटरी पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि ये टेंडर उनकी मिलीभगत का नतीजा हैं, जिससे न तो मंडी की सफाई हो रही है और न ही पीने के पानी और टॉयलेट की समस्या का समाधान हो रहा है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि गर्मी का मौसम होने के कारण यहां न तो पीने के पानी के गिलास थे और न ही कोई कुर्सी-मेज जहां मंडी में आए लोग बैठकर पानी पी सकें। इस बीच, चेयरमैन सूद ने कहा कि कुछ दिन पहले हलके की MLA मैडम नीना मित्तल ने भी मंडी के इंतज़ामों को लेकर यहां का दौरा किया था और उन्होंने मंडी के इंतज़ामों को पूरा बताया था, लेकिन आज इन इंतज़ामों में कमी पाई गई। इस बारे में जब हमने मार्केट कमेटी के सेक्रेटरी जसविंदर सिंह से बात की तो उन्होंने कहा कि मंडी के इंतज़ाम पूरे हैं और हमें किसी की तरफ से कोई शिकायत नहीं मिली है। अगर कोई हमसे शिकायत करता है तो उसके खिलाफ़ कार्रवाई की जाएगी। गौरतलब है कि चेयरमैन फ़ूड ब्लो द्वारा दिखाए गए मंडी के इंतज़ामों का वीडियो होने के बावजूद, सेक्रेटरी जसविंदर सिंह के इस जवाब से ऐसा लगता है कि मार्केट कमेटी के सेक्रेटरी अपनी सेवाएं ठीक से नहीं दे रहे हैं, जिसके कारण मार्केट कमेटी के चेयरमैन दीपक सूद को आज मंडी में किए गए इंतज़ामों का स्टेटस पब्लिक करना पड़ा। अब देखना यह है कि चेयरमैन के इस सरप्राइज विजिट के बाद भी व्यवस्थाएं ऐसी ही रहेंगी या उनमें और सुधार होगा।
