ਪਟਿਆਲਾ/ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,13 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ (ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਵਿਸਾਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਹਾਵਲਪੁਰੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਬਹਾਵਲਪੁਰ ਇਹ ਸਮਾਜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਹਾਰਾਣੀ ਪਰਨੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਲਕਾ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਲਪੁਰੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਨੇਤਾ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੰਗਰੋਲੀ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮਹਾਰਾਣੀ ਪਰਨੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਲਿਆਂਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਬਿੱਲ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਕਿਹਾ “ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਸਾਰੇ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗ ਸੀ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਦੇਰ ਨਾਲ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸਾਡੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤਿ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨਾ ਵਾਪਰਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਧਰਮ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਬਲਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਧਰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਹਰ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਆਸਥਾ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰਹੇ।” ਦੂਜੀ ਤਰਫ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚੱਕੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਵੀ ਲਿਆਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਲ ਸਮਝਣ ਲਈ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਰਬ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵੀ ਬੁਲਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਸੀ। ਬਹਾਵਲਪੁਰ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੀ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਮਹਾਰਾਣੀ ਪਰਨੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਹਾਵਲਪੁਰੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਮਾਜ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬਹਾਵਲਪੁਰੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਇੱਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਇਸ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ‘ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ’ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਈ ਤਤਪਰ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਨ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰੇਗੀ, ਉਹ ਉਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਡਟ ਕੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੀ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਾਵੇਦਾਰੀ ਜਤਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਬਹਾਵਲਪੁਰੀ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਹਾਰਾਣੀ ਪਰਨੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਦਾ ਨਿੱਘਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
पटियाला/राजपुरा, 13 अप्रैल (हिमांशु हैरी): पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री महारानी परनीत कौर ने राजपुरा में बैसाखी और बहावलपुरी स्थापना दिवस के मौके पर बहावलपुर समाज द्वारा आयोजित एक खास कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया। इस मौके पर हलका इंचार्ज जगदीश कुमार जग्गा, बहुलपुरी समाज के जाने-माने नेता और भारतीय जनता पार्टी पटियाला नॉर्थ के जिला अध्यक्ष जसपाल सिंह गंगरोली समेत कई सीनियर नेता मौजूद थे। कार्यक्रम के दौरान पत्रकारों से बात करते हुए महारानी परनीत कौर ने बेअदबी के खिलाफ सख्त कानून बनाने के लिए पंजाब विधानसभा में लाए जा रहे बिल का स्वागत किया। उन्होंने कहा, “पवित्र ग्रंथों की बेअदबी के खिलाफ सख्त कानून बनाना सभी धर्मों की लंबे समय से मांग रही है। हालांकि यह कदम देर से उठाया गया है, लेकिन हम इसका स्वागत करते हैं। हमारे धर्म की बेअदबी को रोकने के लिए सख्त कानूनों की तुरंत जरूरत है ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाएं न हों। इसके साथ ही, मैं यह भी मांग करता हूं कि इस कानून में सिर्फ एक धर्म की बेअदबी ही नहीं, बल्कि सभी धर्मों के ग्रंथों की बेअदबी शामिल हो ताकि हर धर्म की आस्था की रक्षा हो सके।” वहीं, विपक्ष द्वारा उठाए जा रहे सवालों पर उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार को बिल लाने से पहले विधानसभा के सदस्यों को समझने के लिए देना चाहिए था और एक ऑल पार्टी मीटिंग भी बुलानी चाहिए थी। बहावलपुर को स्थापना दिवस की बधाई देते हुए महारानी परनीत कौर ने कहा कि देश के बंटवारे के बाद राजपुरा को अपना घर बनाने वाले बहावलपुरी समुदाय ने अपनी मेहनत से इस शहर को एक कमर्शियल सेंटर के तौर पर डेवलप किया है। उन्होंने जगदीश कुमार जग्गा द्वारा किए गए समाज कल्याण के कामों, जैसे पेंशन और मेडिकल कैंप की भी तारीफ की। इस बीच, जगदीश कुमार जग्गा ने इस मौके पर बहावलपुरी समुदाय की एकता पर ज़ोर दिया और कहा कि राजपुरा इस समुदाय की ‘कैपिटल’ है और वे हमेशा अपने लोगों की सेवा के लिए तैयार रहेंगे। आने वाले चुनावों के बारे में उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी हाईकमान जो भी फ़ैसला लेगा, वे उसके अनुसार मज़बूती से काम करेंगे। और साथ ही, उन्होंने आने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों के लिए भी अपनी दावेदारी जताई है। इस मौके पर बहावलपुरी समुदाय के सैकड़ों परिवारों ने महारानी परनीत कौर का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया।

Along with this, I also demand that this law should not only include the sacrilege of one religion, but the sacrilege of the scriptures of all religions so that the faith of every religion is protected.” On the other hand, on the questions being raised by the opposition, he said that the government should have given the bill to the members of the Vidhan Sabha for understanding before bringing it and also called an all-party meeting. Congratulating Bahawalpur on its foundation day, Maharani Preneet Kaur said that the Bahawalpuri community, who made Rajpura their home after the partition of the country, has developed this city as a commercial center with their hard work. He also appreciated the social welfare works done by Jagdish Kumar Jagga, such as pension and medical camps. Meanwhile, Jagdish Kumar Jagga emphasized on the unity of the Bahawalpuri community on this occasion and said that Rajpura is the ‘capital’ of this community and they will always be ready to serve their people. Regarding the upcoming elections, he said that whatever decision the party high command takes, they will serve firmly according to it. And at the same time, they have also expressed their claim to the upcoming assembly elections.
