ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,17 ਫਰਵਰੀ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਫੂਡ ਸੇਫਟੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਆਰੀਆ ਸਮਾਜ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਕੇਕ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਕਰੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਛਾਪਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਲਏ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਦੁਕਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕੇਕ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਸਕੁਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੀਤੇ। ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਫੂਡ ਸੇਫਟੀ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਗੌਰਵ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਆਰਐਸ ਸਮਾਜ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਕੇਕ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਕੇਕ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਸਕੁਟ ਦੇ ਸੈਂਪਲ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੈਂਪਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੈਬ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਬੇਨਿਯਮੀ ਪਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤਰੁਣ ਬੰਸਲਵ ਰਾਜਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਫੂਡ ਸੇਫਟੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਭੋਜਨ ਵਿਕਰੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
राजपुरा, 17 फरवरी (हिमांशु हैरी): फूड सेफ्टी डिपार्टमेंट की टीम ने शहर के आर्य समाज रोड पर स्थित एक मशहूर केक और बेकरी की दुकान पर छापा मारकर सैंपल लिए। जानकारी के मुताबिक, टीम ने दुकान पर तैयार हो रहे केक और बिस्किट के सैंपल लिए। मौके पर मौजूद फूड सेफ्टी इंस्पेक्टर गौरव ने बताया कि आरएस समाज रोड पर स्थित केक बनाने वाली दुकान से कुछ केक और बिस्किट के सैंपल लिए गए हैं। इन सैंपल को टेस्टिंग के लिए लैब में भेजा जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि लैब से रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। अगर कोई गड़बड़ी पाई जाती है तो नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस दौरान उनके साथ तरुण बंसल राजकुमार भी मौजूद थे। फूड सेफ्टी डिपार्टमेंट की इस कार्रवाई से इलाके के दूसरे फूड वेंडरों में भी दहशत फैल गई।

According to the information, the team collected samples of cakes and biscuits being prepared at the shop. Food Safety Inspector Gaurav, who was present at the spot, said that some cake and biscuit samples have been taken from the cake making shop located on RS Samaj Road. These samples will be sent to the laboratory for testing. He said that further action will be taken only after the report comes from the lab. If any irregularity is found, action will be taken as per the rules. During this, Tarun Bansal Rajkumar was also present with him. This action of the Food Safety Department also created panic among other food vendors in the area.
