ਪਟਿਆਲਾ, 05 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ): ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਟ੍ਰੇਡਰਜ਼ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਐਸ ਡੀ ਐਮ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ / ਹਲਕਾ ਪਧਰੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਰਜੀਤ ਵਾਲੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ ਐਸ ਪੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਰੁਣ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਟ੍ਰੇਡਰਜ਼ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਲਕਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਬੁਲਾਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਡਿੱਠਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਵੇਗਾ।ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੇਡ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੱਖੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ, ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ, ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਸਨ।ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਏ ਡੀ ਸੀ ਜ਼ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸਿਮਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਨਵਰੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਸੇਖੋਂ, ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ.ਜ਼ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਕੌਰ, ਨਮਨ ਮਰਕਨ, ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਵੈਭਵ ਚੌਧਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ-ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿਵਾਇਆ।ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਰਜੀਤ ਵਾਲੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਪੇਸ਼ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਥਮਿਕਤਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਵਪਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਹਨ।ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੁਝ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਈਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਹਰ ਇਕ ਮਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਸਲੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਉਣ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਲਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ।ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਰਾਹਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਜਤਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਟ੍ਰੇਡਰਜ਼ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਸੰਜੀਵ ਗੁਪਤਾ, ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਿਨੋਦ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ , ਵਾਈਸ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਮੋਲੀ , ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਛਾਬੜਾ, ਪੁਨੀਤ ਬੁਧਰੀਜਾ, ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਐਸ ਕੇ, ਭੁਪਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਸ਼ਲ, ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਮਨੰਨ, ਦੁਰਗਾ ਦਾਸ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ, ਵੇਦ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼, ਟਿੰਕੂ ਬਾਂਸਲ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦੇ ਮੋਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
पटियाला, 05 अप्रैल (हिमांशु हैरी): पंजाब राज्य में ट्रेडर्स कमीशन की SDM लेवल और ज़िला/हल्का लेवल की मीटिंग में मिली शिकायतों के बारे में, पटियाला के डिप्टी कमिश्नर श्री वरजीत वालिया और SSP श्री वरुण शर्मा ने ट्रेडर्स कमीशन और ट्रेडर्स एसोसिएशन से जुड़े मामलों के तुरंत और असरदार हल के लिए ज़िला और हलका लेवल पर एक खास मीटिंग बुलाई। उन्होंने साफ़ किया कि ट्रेडर्स की जायज़ मांगों को नज़रअंदाज़ नहीं किया जाएगा और प्रशासन यह पक्का करेगा कि उनके हर मामले का हल तय समय में हो। मीटिंग के दौरान, अलग-अलग ट्रेडर्स और ट्रेड एसोसिएशन के नुमाइंदों ने डिप्टी कमिश्नर के सामने अपनी शिकायतें और मांगें रखीं। ये शिकायतें मुख्य रूप से बिज़नेस की सुविधाओं, एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव तरीकों, सिक्योरिटी इंतज़ामों और दूसरे लोकल मामलों से जुड़ी थीं। मीटिंग के दौरान ADC श्रीमती सिमरप्रीत कौर, श्रीमती नवरीत कौर सेखों, SDM श्रीमती हरजोत कौर, नमन मरकन, SSP वैभव चौधरी और संबंधित विभागों के दूसरे अधिकारी भी मौजूद थे। सभी अधिकारियों ने ट्रेडर्स की चिंताओं को ध्यान से सुना और उनके हल के लिए अपनी-अपनी ज़िम्मेदारियों के हिसाब से सहयोग का भरोसा दिया। डिप्टी कमिश्नर श्री वरजीत वालिया ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन व्यापारियों की समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने कहा कि व्यापारियों की समस्याओं का समय पर समाधान प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है, क्योंकि व्यापार और उद्योग जिले की अर्थव्यवस्था का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं। मीटिंग के दौरान कुछ शिकायतों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया गया, जिससे व्यापारियों में खुशी का माहौल बना। बाकी शिकायतों के लिए संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को तुरंत कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए। डिप्टी कमिश्नर ने स्पष्ट किया कि हर मुद्दे पर नज़र रखी जाएगी और तय समय के अंदर उनका समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने व्यापारियों से अपील की कि वे अपनी समस्याएं सीधे प्रशासन के ध्यान में लाएं, ताकि उनका जल्दी और अच्छे से समाधान किया जा सके। इसके साथ ही, उन्होंने अधिकारियों को लोगों से संपर्क बनाए रखने और उनकी समस्याओं को संवेदनशीलता से हल करने का भी निर्देश दिया। मीटिंग के आखिर में, व्यापारियों ने जिला प्रशासन की पहल की सराहना की और भरोसा जताया कि ऐसी मीटिंग से उनकी समस्याओं का और जल्दी समाधान होगा। इस मौके पर पंजाब स्टेट ट्रेडर्स कमीशन के मेंबर श्री संजीव गुप्ता, डिस्ट्रिक्ट पटियाला के चेयरपर्सन श्री विनोद कुमार सिंगला, वाइस चेयरपर्सन श्री गुरप्रीत सिंह धमोली, राजेश छाबड़ा, पुनीत बुधरीजा, चरणजीत सिंह एसके, भूपिंदर कौशल, गुरप्रीत मनन, दुर्गा दास सिंगला, वेद प्रकाश, टिंकू बंसल और बड़ी संख्या में ट्रेडर्स एसोसिएशन के रिप्रेजेंटेटिव मौजूद थे।
Patiala, April 05 (Himanshu Harry): Regarding the complaints received in the SDM level and district/halka level meetings of the Traders Commission in the state of Punjab, Patiala Deputy Commissioner Mr. Varjit Walia and SSP Mr. Varun Sharma called a special meeting at the district and constituency level for the immediate and effective resolution of the issues related to the Traders Commission and Traders Associations. He clarified that the legitimate demands of the traders will not be ignored and the administration will ensure that their every issue is resolved within the stipulated time. During the meeting, representatives of various traders and trade associations placed their complaints and demands before the Deputy Commissioner. These complaints were mainly related to business facilities, administrative procedures, security arrangements and other local issues. During the meeting, ADC Mrs. Simarpreet Kaur, Mrs. Navreet Kaur Sekhon, SDMs Mrs. Harjot Kaur, Naman Markan, SSP. Vaibhav Chaudhary and other officials of the concerned departments were also present. All the officials listened carefully to the concerns of the traders and assured their cooperation as per their respective responsibilities for their resolution. Deputy Commissioner Mr. Varjit Walia said that the district administration is fully committed to resolving the problems of the traders. He said that timely resolution of the problems faced by the traders is the priority of the administration, as trade and industry are important parts of the economy of the district. During the meeting, some complaints were resolved on the spot, which created an atmosphere of satisfaction among the traders. Instructions were issued to the officials of the concerned departments to take immediate action for the remaining complaints. The Deputy Commissioner clarified that each and every issue will be monitored and their resolution will be ensured within the stipulated time. He appealed to the traders to bring their issues directly to the notice of the administration, so that they can be resolved quickly and efficiently. Along with this, he also directed the officers to maintain contact with the people and resolve their problems sensitively. At the end of the meeting, the traders appreciated the initiative taken by the district administration and expressed confidence that their problems would be resolved more quickly with such meetings. On this occasion, Member Punjab State Traders Commission Mr. Sanjeev Gupta, District Patiala Chairperson Mr. Vinod Kumar Singla, Vice Chairperson Mr. Gurpreet Singh Dhamoli, Rajesh Chhabra, Puneet Budhrija, Charanjit Singh SK, Bhupinder Kaushal, Gurpreet Manan, Durga Das Singla, Ved Prakash, Tinku Bansal and a large number of representatives of the Traders Association were present.
