ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,26 ਮਾਰਚ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਡੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਦੀਪਕ ਸੂਦ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਅਨਾਜ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਝਾੜ ਫੂਸ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ, ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਦੀਪਕ ਸੂਦ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰਬਰ 000411/25/03/26 ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਝਾੜ ਫੂਸ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇ ਦੇਣੇ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਠੇਕੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਝਾੜ ਫੂਸ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਵੇਚਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਝਗੜੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ,ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਾਨੀ ਮਾਲੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਵੀ ਸੁਨਣ ‘ਚ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਠੇਕੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਸੂਦ ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਡੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਝਾੜ ਫੂਸ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇ ਮੁੜ ਚਾਲੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਲਾਭ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਝਗੜਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਬਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਦੱਸਣ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਝਾੜ ਫੂਸ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਝਾੜ ਫੂਸ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਝਗੜੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾਂਗ ਸੋਟਾ ਵੀ ਚੱਲ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
राजपुरा, 26 मार्च (हिमांशु हैरी): पंजाब मंडी बोर्ड की मार्केट कमेटी राजपुरा के चेयरमैन दीपक सूद ने राजपुरा अनाज मंडी की पराली के ठेकों को लेकर पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री को एक चिट्ठी लिखी है। इस मौके पर मार्केट कमेटी राजपुरा के चेयरमैन दीपक सूद की तरफ से पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री को लिखे गए चिट्ठी नंबर 000411/25/03/26 में लिखा है कि पंजाब में AAP सरकार बनने के बाद पराली के ठेके बंद कर दिए गए थे, लेकिन ठेके बंद होने के बाद पराली उठाने और बेचने को लेकर बड़े पैमाने पर झगड़े हो रहे हैं, जिससे कई तरह के जान-माल का नुकसान भी सुनने को मिला है। उन्होंने लिखा है कि इन ठेकों के बंद होने से मार्केट कमेटी राजपुरा को अब तक लाखों रुपये का आर्थिक नुकसान भी हुआ है। चेयरमैन सूद ने मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान को पत्र के ज़रिए गुज़ारिश की है कि राजपुरा मंडी के साथ-साथ पूरे पंजाब की मंडियों में भी पराली की नीलामी फिर से शुरू की जाए, ताकि मार्केट कमेटी को आर्थिक फ़ायदा हो सके और होने वाले झगड़ों से बचा जा सके। गौरतलब है कि पराली की नीलामी बंद होने की वजह से हर सीज़न में मंडी में पराली की कटाई को लेकर अलग-अलग ग्रुप्स के बीच झगड़े होते रहते हैं और अलग-अलग ग्रुप्स के बीच लड़ाई भी होती है।

On this occasion, in the letter number 000411/25/03/26 written by Chairman Market Committee, Rajpura Deepak Sood to the Chief Minister of Punjab, it has been written that after the formation of the AAP government in Punjab, the contracts for stubble were stopped, but after the contracts were closed, there are large-scale fights due to the issue of picking up stubble and selling it, due to which many types of loss of life and property have also been heard. He has written that due to the closure of these contracts, the Market Committee Rajpura has also suffered a financial loss of lakhs of rupees so far. Chairman Sood has requested Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann through a letter that the straw auctions should be restarted in Rajpura Mandi as well as in the mandis of the entire Punjab so that the market committee can get economic benefits and the conflicts that may arise can be avoided. It is worth mentioning that due to the closure of straw auctions, there are conflicts between different groups in the mandi every season regarding the harvesting of straw and there is also a fight between different groups.
