4 accused arrested on charges of serving alcohol in public places, police register FIR
ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ,31 ਦਸੰਬਰ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਸਿਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪਲਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਚਲਾਈ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਚਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹਨਾ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਦਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਐਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ ਨੰਬਰ 313, ਮਿਤੀ 30/12/2025, ਧਾਰਾ 68/1/14 ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਐਸ.ਐਚ.ਓ ਸਿਟੀ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਗੁਰਸੇਵਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਜਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ (ਨੀਲਪੁਰ), ਬਲੇਸ਼ਵਰ ਉਰਫ਼ ਰਾਜੂ (ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਾਸੀ ਨੀਲਪੁਰ), ਜਸਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ (ਜੰਡੋਲੀ ਰੋਡ) ਅਤੇ ਸੌਰਵ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਾਸੀ (ਭੇਡਵਾਲ) ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਜਨਤਕ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇਆਮ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪਿਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਮ੍ਹਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਐਸ.ਐਚ.ਓ ਸਿਟੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਗੁਰਸੇਵਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਹ ਹੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ।
Rajpura, December 31 (Himanshu Harry): City Rajpura Police has arrested four people during a campaign against those illegally serving alcohol in public places and spoiling the atmosphere of the city. A case has been registered against these accused at Sadar Police Station under FIR No. 313, dated 30/12/2025, Section 68/1/14. On this occasion, SHO City Rajpura Gursewak Singh Sidhu said that the arrested accused have been identified as Jagat Singh resident (Nilpur), Baleshwar alias Raju (currently resident of Nilpur), Jasvir Singh resident (Jandoli Road) and Saurav Krishna resident (Bhedwal). He said that these accused had been openly serving alcohol to customers in public places due to which the common people had to face trouble for a long time. On this occasion, SHO City Police Gursewak Singh Sidhu clarified that strict action against those violating the law in the city will continue in this manner.
