ਪਟਿਆਲਾ/ਘਨੌਰ,28 ਮਾਰਚ(ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਹੈਰੀ):ਘਨੌਰ ਹਲਕਾ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਗਰ ਦੀ ਮਾਰ ਝੱਲਦਾ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਪਿੰਡ ਮੰਜੋਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਬ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਇਕੱਠ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ, ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ 11 ਮੈਂਬਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਜੋ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗੀ , ਇਕੱਠ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਘੱਗਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 11 ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਨ ਇਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਇਹ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਹੀ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਘੱਗਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਏ ਪਾੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਭਰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਉਲੀਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ,ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾੜ ਭਰਨੇ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ 1500 ਲੀਟਰ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ ਮੁਫਤ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੁਰਸੇਵਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਅੰਟਾਲ ਨੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਘੱਗਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਲਈ 18 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਪੈਸੇ ਸਹੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਘੱਗਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਨਾ ਖਰਚੇ ਗਏ ਤਾਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਵਾਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਰਪਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਵੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਸਖਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ । ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ, ਗੁਰਸੇਵਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਅੰਟਾਲ, ਕੇਸਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੰਜੌਲੀ , ਜਸਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਨਹੇੜੀ , ਈਸ਼ਵਰ ਚੰਦ ਸਨੋਲੀਆ , ਬਿੱਟੂ ਮੰਜੌਲੀ, ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੜੂਆ , ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਾਲਾ ਖੁਰਦ , ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਰਾਏਪੁਰ , ਸੁਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਘੋਰਾ, ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਾਮੀ ਖੁਰਦ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
पटियाला/घनौर, 28 मार्च (हिमांशु हैरी): घनौर हलका पिछले कई सालों से घग्गर की मार झेल रहा है, जिसको लेकर आज गांव मंजोली में एक आम मीटिंग हुई जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में लोग शामिल हुए। आज की मीटिंग में 11 मेंबरी कमेटी बनाने का फैसला लिया गया जो आने वाले दिनों में इस संघर्ष को लीड करेगी। मीटिंग में शामिल हुए सभी लोगों की सहमति से घग्गर संघर्ष कमेटी बनाई गई जिसमें कुल 11 मेंबर हैं। इस कमेटी ने पहला फैसला यह लिया कि कुछ ही दिनों में डिप्टी कमिश्नर पटियाला को एक मांग पत्र दिया जाएगा और अगर सरकार ने आने वाले दिनों में घग्गर में आई कमी को पूरा नहीं किया तो कमेटी बड़ा संघर्ष करेगी। इसके साथ ही यह भी ऐलान किया गया कि अगर गांव लेवल पर आम लोगों को कमी को पूरा करना पड़ा तो हम 1500 लीटर डीजल फ्री देंगे। इसके साथ ही गुरसेवक सिंह अंटाल ने मौजूदा सरकार को चेतावनी देते हुए यह भी कहा कि 1500 रुपये डीजल की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए सरकार ने 1500 लीटर डीजल की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए … घग्गर के मैनेजमेंट के लिए उन्होंने 18 करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए हैं। टेंडर पास हो गया था, अगर वह पैसा घग्गर पर ठीक से खर्च नहीं हुआ तो हम उस पैसे की भी जांच करवाएंगे और ठेकेदारों को चेतावनी भी दी गई कि अगर कोई ठेकेदार किसी राजनीतिक पार्टी के साथ मिलकर कोई भ्रष्टाचार करने की कोशिश करता है तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस दौरान कमेटी के सदस्य गुरसेवक सिंह अंटाल, केसर सिंह मंजौली, जसबीर सिंह नन्हेरी, ईश्वर चंद सनोलिया, बिट्टू मंजौली, मंदीप सिंह दरुआ, बलविंदर सिंह सरला खुर्द, सुखदेव सिंह सरपंच रायपुर, सुरिंदर सिंह बघौरा, गुरप्रीत सिंह कामी खुर्द मौजूद थे।
Patiala/Ghanour, March 28 (Himanshu Harry): Ghanoor constituency has been suffering from the Ghaggar for the past several years, for which a general meeting was held today at village Manjoli in which a large number of people attended. In today’s meeting, it was decided to form an 11-member committee which will lead this struggle in the coming days. With the consent of all the people who attended the meeting, a Ghaggar Struggle Committee was formed, which has a total of 11 members. The first decision taken by this committee was that a demand letter will be given to the Deputy Commissioner Patiala in a few days and if the government does not fill the gap in the Ghaggar in the coming days, then the committee will organize a big struggle. Along with this, it was also announced that if the common people have to fill the gap at the village level, then we will provide 1500 liters of diesel free of cost. Along with this, Gursewak Singh Antal warned the current government and also said that the Rs. 18 crores they have spent for the management of the Ghaggar. The tender was passed, if that money is not spent properly on Ghaggar, then we will also get that money investigated and the contractors were also warned that if any contractor tries to do any corruption in collaboration with any political party, then strict action will be taken against him. During this, committee members, Gursewak Singh Antal, Kesar Singh Manjouli, Jasbir Singh Nanheri, Ishwar Chand Sanoliya, Bittu Manjouli, Mandeep Singh Darua, Balwinder Singh Sarala Khurd, Sukhdev Singh Sarpanch Raipur, Surinder Singh Baghora, Gurpreet Singh Kami Khurd were present.
